Landing to PERSIA Our tour guide will meet and greet you at the airport (IKA) and then you will be transferred to hotel for rest. In the afternoon, you will visit the National Museum of Iran, where you can see astonishing historical objects from the 5th millennium BC to the advent of Islam in Iran which shows a brief history of our Land.

Khar Touran National Park

Then we head to Damghan to visit the Tarikhaneh Mosque. We continue our way to Qale Bala village in the Khar Turan National Park, which is a special village in our country. The Courtyards and roofs in this village both serve as pedestrian areas similar to streets. Then we can walk around the village, gardens and local shops.

In search of the Asiatic cheetah

You will have a full day tour at Khar Touran National Park. After breakfast trekking and enjoy sightseeing, viewing, picturing the natural beauties. Khar Turan National Park with a size of 1.4 million hectares is the second largest reserve in Iran. It is home to one of the largest populations of the critically endangered Asiatic cheetah. There are about 12-15 of these charismatic cats in the National Park area.

In addition, Khar Turan has the largest population of Persian onager and two species of gazelles, the Goitered gazelle, and the Indian gazelle, both in good numbers. There are also wild sheep and wild goats, Jebeer, Ibex, Urial Sheep. You have time to walk in the sand dunes, at the end we turn back to Qale Bala village.

Golestan National Park

Today we drive to Golestan National Park that is the oldest and the biggest national park in Iran and one of 50 UNESCO biosphere reserve in the world. At first, we move to the east part of the National Park, visit Alme Valley, and search to see Deers, Rams, and Ewes. We’ll stay in the Solegerd’s police station in the northeast of the park that has a great bivouac

The priority in sightseeing may be changed. It is due to the time of your arrival, your guide’s discretion, and official and unofficial holidays of some museums. Also, some activities in the itinerary may be changed depending on the weather conditions.

Hotel check-in time generally is at 2:00 PM. According to your arrival time, if you need an early check-in you must book an extra day.

Private or single rooms are not available in some traditional local or guesthouses. And also, in these places, sleeping equipment is traditional, comfortable Mattresses and Blankets. No Bed!

There are 2-person tents or twin-share accommodation. If you want a tent for one person, the cost will be higher.

Golestan National Park

Today we move to visit the west part of the park, called Golbagh, Walking and a little mountain climbing around the Golestan National Park at Tange Gol Guesthouse (the previous King’s villa), visiting the Mirza Bayloue’s Natural History Museum in the National Park.

In the afternoon we leave the indescribable national park behind and drive to Gorgan but we’ll have a short stop on our way to visit Gonbad-e Qabus* (UNESCO World Heritage Site). At the end of travel, we will visit Gorgan Old Bazaar then you will fly to Tehran.

Transfer from Hotel to IKA airport for departure flight.

4×4 cars would be completely safe and well organized, technically and comfortably and in good condition. However, they could be old models.
