Courteenhall is a beautiful, late 18th Century, privately owned and lived in family home. It is set deep into a private Northamptonshire Estate and is surrounded by over 100 acres of picturesque parkland.

Courteenhall has only recently become available for completely exclusive corporate events held over a small number of dates each year. Perfectly located at junction 15 of the M1, this unique historic venue lends itself to a host of corporate occasions including seminars, drinks receptions, fun days and product launches.

Courteenhall looks and feels formal in all the right places. However, there is a sense of relaxation due to the fact that it is lived in. It naturally provides a sense of comfort and welcome and with the young family’s outlook we want you to feel welcome and give you the freedom to put your own personality on your experience at Courteenhall.

Courteenhall offers over 100 acres of privately owned parkland which is ideal for a range of outdoor events and pursuits of up to 1000 guests. We can set our white, clear span marquee on the parkland with the backdrop of the house at any size to suit your occasion. Enjoy the views of this spectacular park from the formal gardens with an impressive water feature and the backdrop of the House. Our helipad is conveniently located nearby for those guests wishing to arrive in style!

The Parkland

Our impressive Conference Barn has recently been refurbished to a high standard and is situated in the heart of the Estate.

It is an impressive space for smaller corporate events and meetings.

Facilities include:

with unique furnishings, features and stunning views.

The Main Entrance Hall – Capacities: 100 standing, 54 theatre, 40 banquetPerfect for entertaining your clients with a drinks reception, or a greatreception room for the arrival of your guests to the house. You can be sure to impress in this fine entertaining space.

The Dining Room – Capacities: 90 standing, 70 theatre, 60 banquet, 28 conferenceLeading from the main Entrance Hall is the beautifully presented Dining Room. Hold your conference or presentation here, or dine in style. There are 3 perfectly proportioned bay windows, which provide direct access to the formal gardens and parkland for outside break out space. OHP facility is available.

The House

The Loggia – Capacity: 14 conferenceThis bright, airy sun room is great for smaller meetings as well as dining. The sliding doors open out onto a pretty courtyard with seating area, where you can enjoy views of the formal garden and parkland beyond.

The Library - Capacities: 40 standing, 20 seated A stunning dual aspect room with special features including a huge collection of historic books and beautiful curved doors and columns.

The Drawing Room – Capacities: 40 standing, 20 seatedThis relaxing room is filled with character, history and comfortable seating. The large bay windows look out to the beautiful views of the gardens and park at Courteenhall.

Our approved caterers and drinks suppliers have been through our rigorous selection process, so we know they will deliver everything to exacting standards. We all work regularly together as a team to ensure all of the elements of your day come together nicely and everything runs like clockwork.

Because everyone is different, we allow you the freedom to speak directly with our food and drink suppliers and that way you can discuss your specific requirements and get everything just as you want it.

Garden GamesCroquet, garden jenga and a frisbee golf course are all part of your experience at Courteenhall and are available to use at your leisure.

Handpicked infill flowersOur gardener at Courteenhall, Darron, works hard all year round to ensure the gardens at Courteenhall look beautiful. From snowdrops in February and roses in June to agapanthus in August, there are seasonal flowers growing all year round. Subject to availability, we can provide a small display of complimentary seasonal flowers for those events in the House.
