Here, he meets Tun, 21, who has talked his way into the position of Head Chef. But Gordon finds that Tun, who prides himself on his 'fine dining menu', can't even cook an omelette and has rotting food in his kitchen. 'The guy couldn't even tell the difference between lamb, pork and beef! He put an omelette in the ****ing oven. I was like, "What the hell are you doing?" I was horrified!' In his second show, Hell's Kitchen (to be shown later this year), 10 celebs will spend just one week being trained by Gordon. Then they'll move into the kitchen of an 80-seater restaurant, where the nation can watch them cope. 'This show is going to be big, and there an some formidable characters involved! We're going to crack those egos into a pan, season with rock salt, and you're guaranteed a ****ingdisaster! So does Gordon now see himself as a TV chef? 'No!
