Corporate Overview

Kiesler Police Supply, Inc. aka Kiesler Defense (“Kiesler’s”) was incorporated in 1975. It is a

VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. Kiesler’s is a supplier of domestic and foreign

weapons mounts and a variety of 5 different cradles. Our other product lines include ammunition,

firearms and law enforcement related equipment. Our customers include US Forces, federal, state

and local law enforcement and US allies internationally - including Special Ops.

The design and development of our current line of weapons mounts was a process of over 3 years.

We interviewed troops and tested multiple designs. Finally, we settled on an aluminum product that

is welded together and places the center of the weapon away from the operator by use of a 360 de-

gree rotating cantilever arm. We have patents pending status on our mount and cradle.

If you can draw it or dream it, we can work with you to design, develop and deploy it.

Our staff includes many veterans, with combat experience, from the Marines, Army and other areas

of the US Government. Their experience is invaluable in assisting us in developing product that

is useable for a specific function.

Kiesler’s is fully licensed by the BATF, US State Department, Defense Trade Controls to transact

in a variety of regulated products. We strictly abide by the ITAR regulations when conducting

Standard Warranty

Kiesler Police Supply, Inc.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Kiesler Police Supply, Inc. (“Kiesler”) hereby warrants to the government customer, that each item

of supplies sold and delivered under GSA contract no. GS-07F-0511U shall be free from defects in

workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery of each item of

supplies (the “Warranty Period”).

The warranty of Kiesler and the remedies of the government customer set forth herein are exclu-

sive and are given by Kiesler and accepted by the government customer in lieu of any other warranties,

whether express or implied, including, without limitation, all warranties of merchantability and fitness for

a particular purpose, whether known to the purchaser or not, all such other warranties being expressly

disclaimed by Kiesler and waived by the government customer. Purchaser affirms that it has not relied upon

Kiesler’s skill or judgment to select or furnish the goods for any particular purpose.

Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy against Kiesler shall be limited to refund, repair or

replacement, at Kiesler’s premises, of the defective equipment. No other remedy, including but not lim-

ited to, incidental or consequential damages for injury to person or property, or any other incidental or

consequential loss, shall be available to purchaser against Kiesler.

Restocking Policy

Material Defects. The policy below applies to items that the government customer finds to have defects

which impair function (i.e. the item is defective and will not do what it is supposed to do.)

• Customer is to contact Theresa Brooks at

KIESLER POLICE SUPPLY, INC. (800) 444-2950 ext. 164.

• Our representative will supply shipping instructions and a Return Authorization

reference number.

• The government customer is to return item to KIESLER POLICE SUPPLY, INC.

and KIESLER POLICE SUPPLY, INC. will pay for cost of return shipment and

will replace item for no additional charge.

• This policy is valid for a period of 12 months from receipt of product at

government customer’s facility.

Shipment Damage: If shipment is damaged during transit –

• IMPORTANT: Customer must note the damage on the bill of lading or freight bill and sign

the paperwork along with the carrier upon receipt of product. This must be done upon receipt

of the product for policy to apply.

• Customer is to contact Theresa Brooks at KIESLER POLICE SUPPLY, INC.

at (800) 444-2950 ext. 164.

• We will supply additional information, shipping instructions and a Return Authorization

reference number.

• The government customer is to return item to KIESLER POLICE SUPPLY, INC. and KIESLER

POLICE SUPPLY, INC. will pay for cost of return shipment and will replace item for no

additional charge.

Returns for any other reason:

• The government customer is to contact Theresa Brooks at KIESLER POLICE SUPPLY, INC.

• KIESLER POLICE SUPPLY, INC. will supply packing and shipping instructions and Return

Authorization reference number.

• The government customer is to return the item(s) to KIESLER POLICE SUPPLY, INC and

the government customer will pay for cost of return shipment.

• Upon receipt at our facility, if item is found to be in “new” condition, free from damage and

wear, the government customer will receive a full refund of GSA product price.

• If item is not found to be in “new” condition as defined above, the government customer will

be refunded the GSA product price less a 10% restocking fee.

• This policy is valid for a period of 60 days from receipt of product at government

customer’s facility.
