7 January 2017– Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library related to total quality management. The new resource is titled “Total Quality Management (TQM)” Total Quality Management, also known as total productive maintenance, describes a management approach to long-term success through customer satisfaction. In a Total Quality Management effort, all members of an organization participate in improving processes, products, services, and the culture in which they work. TQM can be summarized as a management system for a customer-focused organization that involves all employees in continual improvement.
