1. Perform a Power Drain Turn off the laptop, unplug all connected accessories, unplug the power adaptor and remove the main battery. Then hold the power button down for 30 seconds. Reconnect the adaptor and turn on notebook PC.

specific Technical bulletins. Refer it for problem resolution.
2. Update latest BIOS A BIOS
update is mandatory before replacing any hardware. Check for New BIOS release and fixes.
6. Update Windows Update
Windows to fix OS issues.
5. Diagnose with Toshiba model specific T&D tools Hardware spares can be
diagnosed individually & correctly through T&D.
7. Microsoft Tools Utilize
Microsoft tools to analyze BSODs and driver faults.
3. Update latest Drivers An
Updated driver always comes with a fix & advancement. Always update driver first for device specif issues.

Keyboard stops working in Windows after logon. Keyboard suddenly stops working in Windows, but works well during POST and at windows logging.
What is the issue?
If right Shift key is pressed for 8 Seconds, a Filter Keys popup will request user permission to enable it. Choosing “Yes” will turn on the Filter Keys. Once the Filter Keys is turned on, Keyboard stops working in Windows after Logon.
How to fix this?
Method 1 Locate Ease of Access Center at Control panel.
Click on
Method 2
Double Click on the FilterKeys Icon
Un-check Turn on Filter Keys.
After this workaround, normal working of the keyboard will be resumed.
