    Summary

    December was outstanding for Torrance real estate investment with total sales up by 50%, median sales price up by 8.5% or $55K,and the sales-listing ratio sky rocketing 152.3%. However, net listings and median days moved in the opposite direction by double

    digits during the same time period. Year-over-year median sales price for December activity increased 17.8% or $105+K.

    California, up 6.4 percent from a revised 382,720 in 2014.
