op Topshop like you have never seen it before.

The Leeds branch of Topshop (Briggate Street,) will be the first store to under-go a unique style makeover.

The new and revitalised Topshop will offer the customer a new and exciting shopping experience, as well as making a serious style statement that will compliment the already well established brand image.

The new layout of the store will be much more fashion focused, displaying garments as outfits not just individual pieces. Each of the sections in Topshop will now be presented in rooms to avoid the clutter and mess that we see in Topshop today.

The new style mantra within Topshop will create a journey for the customer as well as educating them about trends and current happenings within the brand.

As each room (section) will have a specific colour pallet to represent it, the customer will automatically associate the sectiom with the colour which will in turn create a stress free shopping experience for the customer as they will be able to easily navigate their way round the store.

While the store is closed for refurbishment the main shop window will be styled to prevent people from seeing inside, this will automatically create mystery and excitement fir the launch of the ‘New Topshop’ as people will not know what to expect. Before the launch night the window will display two large doors in which video screens will be placed, showing the latest Topshop show from London Fashion Week (spring/summer.) This will be played constantly on loop day and night to help create interest and a buzz around the new store. Either side of the doors will be decals of the same wallpaper pattern used in the new boutique room. The two closed doors also represent the new Topshop interior in that all the ranges within Topshop have their own section/room.

On the launch night the doors in the window will be opened to display the new Topshop store, and a single mannequin. This window display will stay like this for 4 weeks.

The Launch Party will be invite only however there are 50 tickets available to the public if they apply via the Topshop website.

The evening will include--Goody bags (Containing information on each range in Topshop, future events/discount nights, a mini diary, sweets, Topshop bag for life, 35% discount voucher and phone accessories or a pair of sunglasses.)-Champagne reception-Celebrity Host- Performances- Fashion Show- Official store opening- Live music

Hammond PR will be employed as the PR Company to help run the Launch of the new Leeds Topshop store. They are a small, award-winning, independent PR consultancy who has a reputation for practical creativity and a hands-on involvement of highly experienced senior practitioners. As Hammond PR have been involved with Arcadia/Topshop before in the re-launch of the renovated flagship store in Oxford Circus, London, they understand Topshop as a brand and therefore know how to portray this successfully to the target market.
