Pupil Registration Process
Identified through roadshows for the “Digital Public Services Strategy” Scottish Government defer to the 32 local authorities
How we did it
Surveyed parents and guardians for views
Contacted Education staff involved in the process
Used our own personal knowledge and experience
Assessed registration information on all 32 local authority websites
What was difficult
Finding a communication tool
Keeping up momentum
Keeping everyone involved

Best practices for running programme – facilitation, organisation, experienced staff setting expectations
Context – previous Top Talent, need to develop leaders
