Since 2005 Mike has been working on large enterprise Salesforce orgs in a

system admin or developer role. Mike is the creator of some of the most

popular apps on the AppExchange including Field Trip, Draggin' Role, and

Steam Role. In early 2012 Mike joined RingLead as Chief Product Officer and

has overseen the development of AppExchange hits like Dupe Dive, a free

duplicate diagnostic app, and Unique Entry, the only as-you-type duplicate

prevention app for Salesforce.

Mike, now an Advanced Admin and Developer, uses the building blocks of the

Force.com platform to meet complex business requirements with usability,

scalability, and maintainability in mind. He has spoken at more than a dozen

Dreamforce sessions over the past three years and will be speaking at 3

Brent Downey is currently the Salesforce.com Administrator at Gates

Corporation, a global industrial manufacturer. Brent worked on a project team

to roll-out Salesforce to Gates' sales team, and was the primary admin on a

number of these projects including North America, South America, Europe and

India.

Brent is the leader of the Denver Salesforce User Group. He also Volunteers

his time and knowledge to non-profits who are leveraging the Force.com

Rebecca first got involved in Salesforce back in 2005 and and has now been a

Dreamforce presenter for the past 4 years. She says, "I first attended

Dreamforce in 2007, but can’t imagine ever missing one again". Rebecca was

among the first 500 certified as a Salesforce Admin and became an Advanced

Admin in 2011. Her other Salesforce achievements include: becoming a

Salesforce Certified Developer in 2009, a Community MVP in 2011, and

receiving a Customer Hero award in 2008, 2009, and 2011

Jarrod Kingston is a Salesforce MVP with over 4 years of experience in the

support, training, and advancement of Salesforce. Jarrod is well versed in all

aspects of Salesforce, holding certifications as a Salesforce Developer,

Administrator, and Sales Cloud Consultant. You may recognize Jarrod from our

Salesforce Admin Hack Series webinars on the case and account object which

he co-hosted with Mike Farrington.

chances are you've come across Steve Molis a.k.a. SteveMoForce. He is well

known for his contributions to the Salesforce community and is in the MVP 20k
