THE NEW NICKLAUS CLUBHOUSE
Submitting a Declaration of Interest Registration entitles you to participate in our June 20th Priority Selection
Event. Registered participants in the Priority Selection Event receive a priority lot selection appointment and pricing
incentives not otherwise available to the general public after the Priority Selection Event.
The date and time you complete and submit your Declaration of Interest Registration are of great importance
because they determine the priority order of your appointment for selection of a homesite at the June 20th Priority
Selection Event.
You have everything to gain and nothing to lose. Your Declaration of Interest Registration is NOT a binding
commitment to purchase – it only declares your interest and secures your right to participate in our Priority
Selection Event.
By completing a Declaration of Interest Registration, you will lock in the Priority Selection Event Pricing for
homesite purchases at that event. These homesites will increase in price at least 10% following the Priority Selection
Event. Executing your Purchase Agreement at the June 20th Priority Selection Event and then closing by the
Incentive Closing Date will also qualify you for special Promontory purchase incentives in addition to the lower
pricing.
