The company/division identified (‘Partner’) applies to conferences organizers (‘The Bitcoinference’) for making promotional opportunity at the event, identified above, and conditions in this ‘Agreement’.

The promotional opportunities are limited, and submitting does not guarantee a spot in the submittedpartnership. The promotional opportunity will only occur after receiving the full amount ofppartnership by the Partner towards The Bitcoinference.

This partnership agreement is entered by and between The Bitcoinference and the Partner (stated above), and shall remain in effect until the completion of The Bitcoinference event.

The Partner accepts the terms and conditions set forth herein when signed and submitted to the organiser.

The Partner will be responsible for all expenses following the Event, such as Hotel, Transportation, Food, Drinks prior and post the conference.

During the conference, the Partner will receive from The Bitcoinference exactly what he has signed up for.

TThe Partner agrees to the total partnership of exhibitor fee to be invoiced.

The Partner and/or his representative agrees to this agreement and the terms and conditions, and as a partner will pay the total fee within the 14 days following on subscribing and signing this agreement. The representative of the Partner is authorized to execute this agreement for the Partner.

PARTNERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment: the payment needs to be done within 14 days following signing the agreement. If not paid, your part-

nership and all advantages the partnership is giving will be cancelled. This is considered an official agreement be-

tween partners and The Bitcoinference organisation. If a partner joins The Bitcoinference less than 14 days prior

to the event, we expect a payment at the latest by May 28, 2018. If not paid, the partnership and everything in-

cluded will be cancelled. The payment must be made directly to The Bitcoinference organiser bank account by

the Partner(s) firm in the contract.

2. Legit partners: an eligibility partner of The Bitcoinference is every partner offering sponsorship money (dollars,

euros and/or cryptocurrency, tokens), materials, products or services of specific interest to attendees as deter-

mined by The Bitcoinference in its sole discretion. The Bitcoinference also reserves the right to determine the eli-

gibility of any partner company marketing specific campaign before distribution. Only the Partner whose name

appears on this agreement may be placed in print and pre-outlined partnership recognition opportunities.

3. Sub-contracting, sub-leasing of the partnership: no partner shall reassign, sublet or share the whole or any part

of the partnership parameter(s) allotted to the contracting firm without written permission from The Bitcoinfer-

ence.

4.4. Partnership packages: the prices(s) quoted include(s) all items listed in the partnership proposal and signed

agreement. Based on the location of the conference, prices can change. Partnership results can be measured

based on attendance at the conference, response to newsletter(s), media coverage, customer(s) actions and oth-

er(s) signed and agreed measurable, none of these measurable based results can be a reason for withdrawing from

the event and/or getting a refund for partnership(s).

5. Cancellation of partnership: As soon as the Partner agrees, signs and pays the amount due, the Partner agrees

to partner up with The Bitcoinference. If the Partner has the intention to withdrawal from his commitment as a

partner, he has to send a letter or e-mail at the latest 30 days prior to the event/publication, no refunds will be

made after this date. If the Partner cancels his participation as a partner, he will, at all time, be charged with 20%

of the amount the Partner was due to pay (and/or already paid) to The Bitcoinference.

6. Designs, decoration, decor, marketing materials: The Bitcoinference has full discretion and authority over all

the items displayed by the Partner. Al the displays of the Partner include, banners, placing, arrangements, ap-

pearance, stickers and all other touchable marketing materials. In any case The Bitcoinference can ask the Part-

ner to remove, replace or change the placed materials during, before and/or after the conference, and not liability

shall attach The Bitcoinference for costs that may occur upon the Partner hereby. The partner commits to send in

all needed and asked materials by The Bitcoinference, this within 3 working days after The Bitcoinference asking

for certain materials. The partner will first ask, and if deliverable by The Bitcoinference, order goodies, prints,

roll-up banners and so on for The Bitcoinference conference usage.

7. Advertising and ads: The Bitcoinference can refuse placements of any ad(s) that it believes to be false, wrong,

racist and/or any other reason that seem injurious to the purpose of publication.

8. Creative and/or photography: all creative results and/or rights, such as photography, movies, GIF’s and/or mar-

keting content for the conference, are property of The Bitcoinference. The Partner agrees that The Bitcoinferences

can use its logo and/or other marketing materials as referrals on The Bitcoinference website, newsletter, movies,

videos and/or any other creative work before, during and/or after the conference.

9. Damages to property: The Partner is held responsible for any damage caused to building floor, walls or columns

or to other partner and or property.

10. Agreement and Partner conduct: The Partner can not distribute any samples, souvenirs, and publication, etc

without written approval by The Bitcoinference. The Partner can not annoy, endanger or interfere with the rights

of other exhibitors, partners and attendees. Anything resulting in complains from other partners and/or exhibitors,

who in the opinion of The Bitcoinference are correct and in danger or annoyance, can be prohibited by The Bit-

coinference. If The Bitcoinference decides to have the Partner change and/or take away some of its materials, this

cannot be a reason for the Partner to ask for a refund.

11. Cancellation or postponement of the conference and/or changing the initial agreement between the Partner

and The Bitcoinference: The Bitcoinference can at any time decide to postpone or cancel the conference, the can-

cellation or postponement can be done for any reason, for example: not enough attendees, too much attendees,

not enough partners, not enough parking spots, terroristic danger and/or attack(s), not enough tickets sold, Acts

of God, national/international strikes of any kind or any other legitimate reasons for The Bitcoinference. A cancel-

lation or postponement cannot be a reason for the Partner to receive a full refund, the Partner knows when com-

mitting to The Bitcoinference that The Bitcoinference uses his ‘partnership’ for organizational purpose. The Bi

coinference can retain part of the partnership at any moment when the conference is cancelled or postponed. No

matter what, The Bitcoinference cannot be held responsible for the financial loss that the Partner could experi-

ence due to a cancellation or postponement. The Partner will take responsibility for expenses made by The Bit-

coinference to be covered due to a cancellation or postponement.

12. Limitation on liability: the Partner agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Bitcoinference, the

event facility, the owner of such facility, and the city in which this event is being held, and their respective offi-

cers, agents and employees, from and against all bodily and personal injury, loss, claims, or damage to any

person or any property arising in any way from the sponsoring company, its employees, agents, licensees, con-

tractors or customers. The Bitcoinference shall not be responsible for loss or damage to displays or goods belong-

ing to partners, whether resulting from fire, storms, acts of god, air conditioning or heating failure, theft, pilferage,

mysterious disappearance, bomb threats or other causes.

13. Resolution of disputes: in the event of a dispute or disagreement between the Partner and The Bitcoinference

or between two or more partners all interpretations of the rules governing the partnership agreement, actions, or

decisions concerning this dispute or disagreement by The Bitcoinference intended to resolve the dispute or dis-

agreement shall be binding on the Partner.

14. Amendment of the rules: any matters not specifically covered by the preceding rules shall be subject solely to

the discretion of The Bitcoinference. The Partner shall have full power in the matter of interpretation, amendment

and enforcement of all said rules and regulations, and any such amendments when made and brought to the

notice of the exhibitor shall be and become part hereof as though duly incorporated herein and subject to each

and every one of the terms and conditions herein set forth.

15.15. Default: If the Partner defaults in any of its obligations under this agreement or violates any of its obligations

or covenants under this agreement, including without limitation any partnership rule or regulation promulgated

pursuant to the contract, The Bitcoinference may, in addition to any other remedies provided for herein or other-

wise available to The Bitcoinference at law or in entity, without notice, terminate this agreement and retain all

monies received on account as liquidated damages. The Bitcoinference may there upon direct the sponsor or

forthwith to remove its employees, agents and representatives, and all of its articles of merchandise and other

perspersonal property from the specified sponsored event and location.

16. Agreement to rules: The Partner, for itself and its employees, agents and representatives, agrees to abide by

the foregoing rules and by any amendments that may be put into effect by The Bitcoinference.

17. Exclusivity: The Bitcoinference conference(s) are offered to all potential partners without exclusivity. The Bit-

coinference has sole discretion as to any changes in the policy and will disclose those changes to any and all rel-

evant partners prior to the Partner agreement remittance.

18. Acceptance: once the Partner signs the partnership agreement and returns it to The Bitcoinference, all rules

and regulations are officially in effect. This agreement shall not be binding until accepted by The Bitcoinference.

19. In case of any discussion or disagreement, the Belgian law, the court of Antwerp is in charge.
