These products also tend to have lots of salt, fat and cholesterol, and very few nutrients, like fiber which will prevent you from losing weight.This can also contribute to weight gain.

Fried Potatoes

If you eat potatoes baked or boiled there is nothing bad but when you add butter or cheese and many more then it contains high amount of fat in it.
