Ingredients 10 x 220g Sirloin steaks100ml Oil, Corn 100g Knorr Steak & Chops Seasoning384g Pfanni Mashed Potato1000ml Milk for mash1000ml Water for mash200g Knorr Veggie Seasoning80g Knorr Demi Glace1000ml Water for gravy20g Mise en Place Rosemary pesto
5 eggs Lightly beaten200g Breadcrumbs600g Med button mushrooms
MethodPlace the milk and water into a large pot and bring to a simmer, remove from the heat and whisk in the Pfanni Mash Potato until mixed in well, add the Knorr Veggie Seasoning. In another pot place the water and Knorr Demi Glace mix place onto the heat and bring to the boil, stirring continuously until it becomes thick, add the Mise en Place Rosemary Pesto and black pepper to taste. Pour the oil onto the steaks and season with Knorr Steak & Chops Seasoning.
Cook the steaks on a hot char grill cooking both sides until the desired cooking level is reached and you have char grill lines on both sides of the steak.Place onto a plate and portion of mash, place the steak on top and pour over the rosemary sauce. Serve with golden fried mushrooms.
