o While we didn’t do much writing in this class it is still extremely important in PRo The writing for our brochure, while mostly short still a big part of the publication!

PRINTING SPECIFICATIONS

o Who knew there were so many different types of paper?o From size, type, brand, weight, etc.o It is important to know these things when going into a print shopo You are the one that needs to know what is needed and wanted by the client, not the print shop workers

TYPOGRAPHY

o The art or process of printing with typeo Certain types of fonts are easier to reado Styles of fonts should be used sparingly

o Sometimes less is moreo The font can give something a certain feelo Be aware of the fonts you choose!!!
