CAUTION For Safe Operation Read Rules and Instructions Carefully

The instructions below will show you how to cut the universal quick attach tooth bar to fit inside and over the bottom cutting edge of your bucket. For safety purposes, ALWAYS wear safety goggles, gloves and proper safety attire when using any tool. Tools needed for this installation:

Straight Edge for marking Measuring Tape Chalk Pencil Steel Cutting Tool (Angle grinder with cutoff wheel, sawsall with bi-metal blade or chop saw) ¾” Socket Wrench

1. Measure the inside width of your bucket edge at its narrowest point (approximately 5 in. back from the front edge). 2. Using the inside width dimension from your bucket, measure the Tooth Bar from left to right, then mark that distance on the Tooth Bar, (This mark is for reference purposes only. DO NOT CUT HERE). Go back to the left of the distance just marked to the middle of the closest set of pre-drilled holes. In the middle/center of the holes, draw a straight score line for cutting.

3. Using a Steel Cutting Tool, (i.e. Angle grinder with cutoff wheel, sawsall with bi-metal blade, or chop saw), wearing safety goggles, gloves and proper safety attire, cut along the straight scored line.

4. Unbolt the chain bar on the shortest cut piece of the tooth bar. 5. Install chain bar onto the longest cut piece of the Tooth Bar on the last set of pre-drilled holes.

6. Securely tighten all bolts on tooth shanks and chain bar. Remember to check and securely tighten all bolts before each use.

7. Wrap chains around both ends of bucket going over the chain bar.

8. Install chain binders on front of bucket and tighten securely. Remember to check and securely tighten chain binders before each use.
