BITTEKHNIKA company was founded in 1996 and it is still developing dynamically. These are the traditions and innovative technologies in design and production of equipment for sidetracking using a whipstock that form the basis of our company.
Basic objections of BITTEKHNIKA Company for years are progress and innovation, extension of product range and customer service to the best of our ability.
Today, the company has developed some models of whipstocks for different conditions of installation. Special attention is given to good preparation of sidetracking interval, emergency works and well intervention. To carry the works out we produce sweepers, scrapers, junk, ring and taper mills of unique shapes.
In 2011 the range of tools has been expanded – we have started designing and production of fishing tools such as overshots, spears, taper taps, die collars etc.
Introducing the products BITTEKHNIKA offers not only consulting service to choose the right equipment and its operation modes but also provides technical assistance.
Our sales geography nowadays is not limited only to Russia but it is expanding due to our new partners from CIS and Middle East countries.

The retrievable whipstock is designed to provide necessary deviation of window mills and reamer mills from the axis of the main wellbore while cutting a “window” in a production casing. It is also used for deviation of a cutting and drilling tool while drilling an additional borehole in a well.The whipstock is supposed to be set on the bottom.It can be used with starting-and-window mill and watermelon mill that allows to trip, set and cut “window” in a casing in a single trip.After “window” cutting operation the whipstock may be retrieved from the well by means of a fishing hook or a die collar.

Thereby it excludes premature operation of the whipstock fixing assembly during its transportation to the bottom which may occur caused by different casing wall thickness or insufficient preparation of the casing for sidetracking operation.

While seating on the bottom the whipstock is forced to bend relative to the joint axis under the weight of a drilling tool in such a way that the upper part of the ditch is pressed to one side of the string and the bottom part of the ditch – to another. It provides better further passage of the tool within the interval of the whipstock installation, as well as allows to install the given whipstock in the intervals with a higher hole inclination angle of the wellbore.

Application:
The whipstock is designed to provide necessary deviation of a rock-destruction tool from the axis of the main wellbore while sidetracking and drilling an additional borehole from the open wellbore to bypass the emergency section. The whipstock structure provides a direct rest of the whipstock on the bottom and further cementation.
The whipstock is non-retrievable and after being run, installed and cemented in the wellbore the whipstock is permanently remained there.

Application:
Bullnose with a central nozzle is used to create a compacted jet of washing fluid coming out of its nozzle under pressure.It is also used as a guide of BHA while processing and reaming of open wellbores to prevent drilling of the other wellbore.
