CITY EDGES
type: Concept urban development
location: Bratislava - unovo, Slovakia
e term city edge is current in relation to present urbanplanning approach where the debate on public-privatemodel design for urban centers affects only the tip of theiceberg, and often neglected more and more important pro-cesses shaping the wider urban region and periphery. In mywork I try by selected approaches to dene the term cityedge and by using kind of mosaic of reections and sugges-tions to characterize this notion. Purpose of my work is notonly to explain the idea of urban edge, but also establish theproblem, its further review and in the architectural conceptof the practical part of this thesis created subjective pointof view on this subject.

ANTI -ICON NET
location: Soho Area, Beijing
AA Visiting School Workshop Beijing,
team lead by Bittor Sanches, Diego Perez Espitia
Team Counter Strike: Shuai, Liang, Xinying, Tomas
Main topic of this project is connection. Our proposal istrying to solve the problem of connection of the office andapartment complex SOHO. We are cutting ussual programdistrubution and applying other public function in the verti-cal scheme of high-rise buildings. By setting the parameterslike volume and speed of particular connection between oneof various function types, we design net of connectionschanging itself in the time. By searching what is happeningin particular sections and parts, we are setting up threemain standards of behaviour - style of connections. erising types can create a platform for another functionalpublic usage - system of distribution.

Urban Hybridlocation: Bratislava, Slovakia
type: Mix-used
Although for people living in the housing estate is abiggest wish to have a park, more than 60 % area of Bratislava Ruinov is constantly grassing with embedtrees. Problem is right in high number and especially thatthis areas are constatly scattered. It means, that hole spaceis invaluable, becomes to stereotype, and the quality of urban space is decreasing. Another problem is urban spaceitself. ere is only one type of public space. e men is ceas-ing to sense the enviroment, is ceasing to awaiting, to besurprised. e oposite of current situation can solve thisproblem. Only the space of various scales, density, functionis leading the human to increasing the activity and todevelop our own public enviroment.

VANDAL CIRCLE PAVILION
location: Bratislava, Slovakia
e pavilion mass is based on the morphology of the originalproposal of park created by signicant slovak architect - Ferdi-nand Milucky. e essential mark is circle, circle as a symbol, which is the horizontal way transformed into many differentspatial games. I`m trying to modify a circle from 2D to 3D space.ree basic layers - cafe, stairs, water fountain, as a circle surfaceswith the same center, are transformed from horizontal positioninto space inside a spherical surface. With fullled condition of xed center is created system of innite modication of circlesurfaces bordering on spherical surface.
