  • The Property

A recently converted cottage, Tom’s Hideout is a sumptuously appointed coastal home with the most stunning outlook over Craster harbour and beyond to the open sea. This stylish property is located in the heart of one of the most desirable villages in Northumberland, with relaxing and inspiring scenery on the door step. Laid out in an open plan style, the accommodation is luxurious and well-equipped.

A second cottage, Maggie’s Den, is also available with both currently operating as successful holiday cottages. Maggie’s Den also features an immaculate interior and high specification finish. Tom’s Hideout and Maggie’s Den are available together at a guide price of £1,200,000.

The principal accommodation of Tom’s Hideout is the fabulous open plan sitting room and dining kitchen. Picture windows frame the views across the harbor, whilst the elegant free-standing wood burner provides a cosy focal point to the room. The dining area provides ample space for a table and chairs, continuing through to the striking bespoke kitchen. The impressively well-equipped kitchen features an electric oven and hob, warming drawer, combination microwave oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher along with a range of storage and central island. The utility room offers practicality, with a washer/dryer and adjacent ground floor WC.

The bedroom accommodation is arranged over the first floor, making the most again of the wonderful views. The master bedroom is airy and spacious, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a remarkable free-standing copper bath. The second bedroom has an exquisite en-suite shower room, whilst the third bedroom is served by a separate shower room.
