LAS INDECISIONES (Causas e impactos)
Se debe diferenciar dos situaciones: La postergación de la decisión, para la
búsqueda de más información o de mejores alternativas;
La que se dilata, sin proporcionar nuevos elementos (INCAPACIDAD), y que puede conducir a lo que los especialistas llaman “parálisis por análisis”.

Comportamientos para reducir el riesgo en la toma de decisiones
No decida “en caliente”. Escriba las opciones posibles. Valore y anote las ventajas e inconvenientes. Piense en los cambios. Acepte las consecuencias. Asuma los errores.

TIPS para reducir el riesgo en la toma de decisiones
Establecer prioridades. Recopilar y analizar la mayor cantidad de
información. Dividir un problema grande, en pequeños problemas. Generar la mayor cantidad posible de alternativas. Evaluar cada alternativa desde diferentes
criterios.

CONCLUSIONES
El problema principal radica en que lasdecisiones se toman en el presente, pero susresultados se constatan en el futuro.
Los directivos, muchas veces, prefierendecisiones que garanticen estabilidad yseguridad eludiendo asumir riesgos, aunqueestos puedan representar oportunidadespotenciales.
