CUSTOM PRODUCTS Custom products are not eligible for return for credit. Prices are quoted after development of an approved product specification. In some cases, it may be necessary to obtain a non-refundable deposit before the product is manufactured. WARRANTY Safety Direct Ltd. warrants the buyer (for a period of one year from the invoice date) that the product, when shipped, will be free of defects in material and workmanship. Safety Direct Ltd.’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of this product, or any of the parts of components of the product, at our option.
