TOLL AUDIT REPORT  

In the Month of June‐2014     The Toll‐Plaza Of Oriental Pathways Pvt. Ltd. has been set up at Ch‐76+130 near Karanja (Ghadge) village on the project highway. The Toll Plaza have Eight openings  in which Four opening used for incoming and remaining four for outgoing of vehicles. Toll Plaza working regularly round the clock  in three shift. It  is being observed that the Toll Plaza working smoothly and the concessionaire getting Toll charges as per the specified and approved notified rates by NHAI Officers as per the contract agreement. 

  The monthly Toll collection reports and other required details submitting by the concessionaire to NHAI and to the Independent Engineers. The layout plan of Toll Plaza and the Toll collection report is attached with this report. The list of employees working in M/s Oriental Pathways Pvt. Ltd. at Toll Plaza and the approved notified rate list of Toll Collection from the vehicles by NHAI also attached.  

  The control room at Toll Plaza managed by three shifts supervisor and one shift in charge  round  the  clock  in  three  shift.  The  software  system  ETMS  developed  and maintain by EFKON India Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai. Mr. Avinash Dhurve is side Engineer for the system operation from EFKON India Pvt. Ltd. at Toll Plaza, Karanja (Ghadge). 

  Mr. Rajnikant Shivarkar and Mr. Vikas Hatwar  is the system Engineer working  in Oriental Pathways Pvt. Ltd.  for  looking  the management system of Toll administration with the help of software and Hardware developed by M/s. EFKON India Pvt. Ltd. 

  During the inspection it  is being observed that the  lane no. 4 (Nagpur‐Amravati) and 5 (Amravati‐Nagpur) which was not working from last fourteen month, due to fault in the card of mail‐functioning,  is rectified by the agency (Oriental Pathways) and now it is functioning properly.  

  In the month of June‐2014 the total number of various types of vehicles passed through the toll plaza at karanja  found 196,576 only and the  fee amount collected Rs. 24,586,761 only  as per  the  specified  approved  rates  the detail  list  attached with  this report for your information.
