CUTTING PROCESS
This is a process to cut a coil wire rod straightly in predetermined length.
ESCOMATIC PROCESS This is a process that use special cutting
machine called ESCOMATIC MACHINE. It
can cut materials, like SUS303 and
SUS420F. It is intended to produce
different kinds of designs such as:
1. grooves diameter
2. chamfer end cut
3. spherical radius end cut
4. radius end cut
5. straight end cut
HEAT TREATMENT
This is a process to achieve a
desire metal tensile strength
also called “hardening
process”. Materials required to
have heat treatment are
SUS420J2 and SUS420F.
TEMPERING PROCESS
This is a process to improve steel
characteristic by heating. Normally done
after heat treatment, material required to
have tempering are SUS420J2 and
SUS420F. Usually done based on customer
requirements.
STRAIGHTENING
CORRECTION This is a process which correct the
bending of parts after tempering or quenching process.
ROTARY GRINDING PROCESS
This is a process that obtain the final length.
B1A (Barrel 1) PROCESS
This a process called “Rough Barrel Tumbling” that remove excess material, improve surface appearance, and polish parts by batch system.
CENTERLESS GRINDING
PROCESS
Center less grinding is held between two grinding wheels that rotate in the same direction but different speeds. One wheel, known as the grinding wheel, it usually performs the grinding action by having higher linear speed than the shaft. The other wheel known as the regulating wheel.
B2B (Barrel 2) PROCESS
This is a process called “Polishing Process”. It is a technique of smoothing and polishing a rough surface on relatively small parts.
ROLETTE PROCESS Rolette is a process that make embossed
groove design in materials such as
SUS420J2 and SUS420F.
WASHING
WASHING AND
DRYING PROCESS This is the last process that maintain and
ensure good surface appearance of the shaft.
DRYING
A manually process that obtain the
assurance of 100% final visual inspection
using special tool called “Sorting Board”.
