COLDFALL Corporation COLDFALL Corporation is one of the pioneers to devise a transmutation process for recycling carbon-based materials with Zero CO2 Emission & Waste Pollution.

The company aims to deploy a patented pyrolytic microwave conversion technique to obtain energy products and generate electricity. COLDFALL aims to leverage end of life tires, discarded plastics and coal as a feedstock to achieve a fuel source of powerful electrical generators and also to provide a green source of electricity while decimating the CO2 emission.

The company will also serve as a base platform for joint ventures and strategic partnerships with existing recycling facilities within targeted licensed market areas to improve their levels of efficiency, profitability and environmental impact.

Problems that inspired this ICO Tires In the year 2010, there were over one billion automobiles operated worldwide and are said to exceed two billion by 2035. If we account four tires per vehicle, then it will account for the disposal of about 8 billion tires annually with China and Southeast Asia registering the largest heap.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) estimates two to three billion used tires in thousands of dumps around the country, with the volume growing at a pace of 320 million tires per year. With the efforts made by rubber and energy companies for developing alternative solutions for old tires reuse, fewer than 5% are actually being recycled.

Leading reports suggest that in the US almost 320 million tires are replaced; about 70% or 225 million tires are disposed directly into the environment, of which 38 million are dumped on the roadside while 50 million are disposed of in landfills. Due to the pollution of tires, the State of Texas has by itself, set aside $1.5 Billion for environmental clean-up, while the City of Houston has set aside $175 Million.

Over 72 GW of electricity generation capacity is set to retire. The 72 GW will constitute electricity for about 44.7 Million homes in every state of the west Mississippi river, excluding Texas.

Coal-fired power plants will constitute 94% of these closures, shutting down over one-fifth of the United States coal-fired generating capacity. The American families and businesses are set to bear higher utility bills for unreliable electricity.

Plastics An estimated 8.3 Billion Metric Tons of plastic items have been manufactured year-on-year for about six decades now. With the awareness of recycling, over 91% of plastic is never recycled, while over 300 million metric tons end up in landfills.

Over 8 Million Tons of plastic end up in the ocean, of which 89% comes f rom single-use plastic.

As the plastic breaks down, small baitfish mistake the microplastic for food, leading to a cycle of contamination. Microplastics are found in 73% of the deep-water species of fish and shellfish in the North Atlantic Ocean.

The current per capita consumption for polyolefins has been increased exponentially. The technical & packing usage was quantified at 100 kg in 2010 and is said to rise to 140 kg.

Consequently, resulting from the enormous use of plastic, the waste is approximately measured to be around 26*109 kg, of which 10*109kg of waste has not been recycled.

Coal Coal-derived fuels could play a major role in meeting the future global energy needs. Coldfall through its proprietary technology is prepared to introduce new technology to process coal as a clean fuel source.

In indirect liquefaction, coal is gasified to yield CO and H2 which is used to produce liquid fuels in Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis Process.

Currently, a plant in Secunda utilized indirect liquefaction that converts more than 40 million metric tons of coal to liquid fuel with the implementation of Sasol Technology.

During direct liquefaction, fuel is produced directly f rom coal with the addition of Hydrogen at mild temperatures but extremely high pressure which leads to high conversion cost.

Both these processes yield hydrocarbon fuels f rom coal at high cost, consuming a large amount of water while also producing CO2. The COLDFALL process improves on these processes which result in an efficient and inexpensive process while producing ZERO CO2 emissions in the process.

ICO Solutions To provide a viable solution to the growing problem in the market, COLDFALL will utilize a revolutionary microwave technology to maximize the value of discarded petroleum-based organic materials to produce revenue generating by-products.

Tires With the implementation of COLDFALL’s Pyrolytic process, COLDFALL aims to significantly reduce dioxins, furnace or heavy metal vapors. Without combustion, no CO, CO2, NOX, SOX, fly ash, et al. are formed, thereby leading to zero complex emission.

The microwave process fully recovers four products f rom shredded tires, thus eliminating the need to dispose of unprocessed tire residue.

Benefits of Microwaving Tires A successful recyclable rate of 99%

Energy efficiency up to 85%

Creation of local jobs

Zero negative environmental impact

Reduce carbon footprint by using reclaimed fuel

The microwave technology performs at an astounding rate of 85% efficiency; the emission profile of the microwave is determined to be negligible, eliminating the need for EPA permits.

Microwave process converts shredded tired into four by-products, each of which can be sold for substantial value. Hence, the said process does not rely on subsidies or f ree scrap materials to be profitable.

By-Products Carbon Black

Activated Carbon

Syngas

Carbon Steel

Plastics Microwave-assisted pyrolytic technology is one of the most ideal methods of enhancing and accelerating chemical reactions due to the effective heat transfer profiles through microwave irradiation.

Microwave technology breaks down carbon backbone of polymers into alkanes in the jet fuel range. Post the second stage, the fuels produced were JP-5, a navy grade fuel. Further refinement and adjustment of catalyst will produce jet fuel A, which is used for commercial and private air travel.

COLDFALL is continuing to refine the balance of processes to produce commercial grade and military grade fuels f rom waste plastics.

Coal Gasification and production of pyro-oils are derived f rom the microwave pyrolytic process. Natural coal gasses are used as fuel for large electric generators, creating green electricity which is supplied to the national grid.

The pyro-oils are converted into diesel and jet fuels for commercial sales. COLDFALL’s process eliminates air pollution which is otherwise caused by coal-fired power plants.

Environmental Benefits COLDFALL Corporation applies best practices to ensures safety that meets and exceeds all applicable Federal and State standards for microwave technologies. The company takes the necessary steps to ensure its technology is safe for the environment, its neighbours, and for its associates. Despite its relative size, the continuous microwave system is as safe as the home microwave unit. The overall net CO2 release is also estimated to be 90% less than present coal plants with ZERO CO2 emissions - no particulates and possible reclamation benefits.

Transmute Coins COLDFALL Corporation is accepting Transmute Coins, cryptocurrency from its patrons as payment for transmutation of tires, plastics, coal, and carbon-based materials with the formula, weight-to-dollar ratio.

Transmute Coins will account for a discount of 10% of the subscriber’s green energy monthly bill. This will allow green energy, which is usually charged at $0.02 - $0.04 KwH, to be competitive with conventional electrical costs. Also, a peer-to-peer discount of 10% is further added to the utility bill of the one in need and also the one providing assistance.

COLDFALL also anticipates a windfall of carbon credits which will be placed on a carbon credit exchange platform and used for resale to global companies in need. A stipulation to the sale of Cold Fall carbon credits will be a minimum of 25% of the acquisition costs to be made with Transmute Coins. This paves way for a crypto-collective, true digital transparency and verified contracts of the transactions in the true spirit of the eleemosynary space. The transactions are instant and can also be carried out via a mobile application.
