Al Basrah Sport City and Stadium – Toilet Partitions and Cubicles , Basra – Iraq

CubeLock’s sister company, the Jordan based “Leaders Establishment”, was assigned the Job of manufacturing, fabrication and installation of 4000m2 of Toilet partitions and Lockers for Al Basra Sports City and Stadium in Basra, Iraq. The Job was contracted on April 2012 and the installation process have commenced on Dec. 2012 and is currently going on. The Scope of work entails the manufacturing and installation of toilet Partitions and Urinals for the three floor stadium as per the following:

• Main Concourse: 2095m2• Upper Concourse Level: 1550m2• Event Level: 500m2

Toilet Partitions & Cubicles Especially designed to provide innovative architectural solutions for dry/wet areas where high levels of hygiene and durability are needed, CubeLock’s Line of Laminated changing room, shower and toilet cubicles is a maintenance – free, space saving and a flexible system to schools, hotels, gyms, office buildings, malls and hospitals. Among the so many technical and aesthetics features, Cubelock’s line of Toilet Cubicles & Partitions is:

Toilet Partitions and Cubicles

Sheets: Compact Laminate panels “High pressure Phenolic Resin” manufactured by setting a layer of overlay paper on top of a melamine resin, impregnated pattern paper and over layers of phenolic resin . impregnated Kraft paper. The whole setting is combination is then pressed at high temperature and pressure to form a sheet of high pressure laminate. Compact Laminates have a homogeneous black core with decorative surface on both sides. A wide range of colors provides limitless design flexibility.

Features: compact laminates are supplied in sheets or panels and are the most practical materials for special areas, particularly wet and high wearenvironments like toilet cubicles, changing rooms, wall covering in schools, sports centers, hospitals, airports and hotels.It has high resistance to impacts, scratching, fire, water and humidity due to its high density. Furthermore, it does not decompose, is resistant to bacteriaand may be cleaned easily.

AccessoriesMade of corrosion and scratch resistance high quality, brushed finish stainless steel. Accessories are hygienic and antistatic having high resistance to weathering. Accessories are resistant to corrosion and pollution, domestic cleaners, disinfectants and diluted acids.

Head Rail Made of high corrosion resistance stainless steel pipe 32mm in diameter. Attached to the pipe are the panel holders used to hold panels through screw fixation.
