Established in 1983, Bygging India Limited was formed after a

Swedish collaboration. The company was formed with a

mission to introduce novel techniques in the field of

construction of high-rise RCC structures, silos, chimneys and

erection of storage tanks by Hydraulic Jacking System. Thus

bringing about a huge change in the Indian construction

industry. The company promises the back-up of rich Swedish

experience and expertise in the field. Strong partnerships lie at

Africa is a country with huge potential for growth in several sectors like infrastructure, housing, community centres, organized markets, colleges, agriculture, food, textiles power, cement and steel among many others. All it requires in intelligent investing and expert planning and development. Hence, there is a vast scope for Bygging India to contribute in sectors like Power, Cement, Sugar, Housing, Hospitals and fertilisers. Electricity is an indispensable part of our daily life. Not just for household use but agricultural and industrial production processes can be made more efficient with the use electricity. Africa currently has 147 GW of installed capacity and the average per capita electricity consumption in sub-Saharan Africa (excluding South Africa) is 153 kWh/year, which is just 6% of the global average. This clearly illustrates to us the urgent demand in Africa for more power. Relying on expensive diesel power generation to meet their electricity needs, costs some African economies between 1% to 5% of their GDP annually. Therefore, to meet this need efficiently, there is an urgent need to raise the level of investment in the power sector. This will require capacity additions to double to around 7 GW a year in the short-term and to quadruple by 2030. The magnitude of the investments required is such that governments will need public-private partnerships in order to scale up investment in generation capacity. The continent can benefit from the recent global progress and cost reductions in renewable power generation technologies, to leapfrog the development path taken by industrialised countries and move directly to a renewable-based system.

Mr. Ravi Shankar ModiManaging Director

An entrepreneur and visionary,Mr. Modi has over four decades of experience in construction, project management, foreign collaboration, application engineering, marketing, administration and finance. In 1983, he took a step towards revolutionizing project management and development and Bygging India Limited in technical and financial collaboration with Bygging Uddemann AB, Sweden, world leaders in Slipform Technique. Mr. Modi is responsible for introducing the Slipform technology in India and designing and developing the NBS form work system for mass housing projects.

Mr. R. B. JhalaniChief Executive Officer

Mr. Jhalani is a first class bachelor degree holder in Civil Engineering from M.B.M. Engineering College, Jodhpur and has over three decades of experience in construction, project management, contract management, marketing and business development of buildings, highways & bridges, transmission lines, chimneys, civil construction and other industrial projects. He has a roven track record of 24 Years in Unitech Ltd., where he held the position of Executive Vice President. With his expertise comes his unmatchable global experience in project management, execution & marketing and development of residential and commercial projects. He has an experience in several industries like power generation, refineries, fertilizers, steel, oil fields and chemicals with an expertise in Business Development, Marketing Management, Team Management, Project Management and Vendor Management. He has also independently executed and managed projects of civil construction and Transmission Lines in Libya for 9 years

Mr. S. K BhargavaProject-Director

Mr. Bhargava, is a pass out from IIT Roorkey and has more than 36 years of rich experience in construction Industry. In his career spanning across almost four decades he has worked for Tata Consultancy Engineering where he was responsible for Obera thermal power plant, Hindustan Lever factory, Heavy Industries, Baghdad for 400 kv-switch yard construction & supervision of design, Engineers India Limited for Gujarat Refinaries Expansion Project.He has devoted 24 years in Paharpur Cooling Towers Ltd., in various capacities, looking after MNC accounts in India. He has handled exports to all over the world mainly Iran, Kuwait, Dubai, Zambia, Taiwan, Australia, Chile, El Salvador, Bahrain, Malaysia & Indonesia etc. He has served as Head of Air Cooled condenser device since inception for commissioning of 8 Plants. He has also been an integral part of Shyam Steel as President of Projects where he was responsible for Expansion and acquisition of business, setting up of steel plant, power plant before joining Bygging.

Mr. S. K. AsthanaBusiness Head - Cooling Tower

Mr. Asthana comes with more than 26 years of experience in construction, project management and marketing of cooling towers and other plants. He has been engaged in challenging assignments in the field at senior positions, handling finalization of orders on sub-vendors, order bookings, market expansion, enquiry generation, proposal submissions and order negotiations. Some of the feathers on his cap are handling the Paharpur Cooling Tower project as GM and projects for Gactel Turnkey Projects Ltd. as Vice President.

Mr. Ravindra Shah has done his B. Tech, in Civil Engineering from IIT, Delhi and has rich experience in the field of Planning and Management, Market Analysis, Contract Management, Project Implementation and Business Development of Building Projects, Environmental and Power Plant Projects. In his career spanning over three decades, he has had a vast experience working for companies like M/s. SAE India Ltd., Engineering Projects Pvt Ltd., M/s. Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd at senior positions

Mr. A.K Pandey has completed B.E in Civil Engineering from AMIE, Kolkata and has more than 20 years of rich experience in the field of Execution of projects, Overseeing Business Development, Tendering Analysis and Execution of Cooling Towers, Schedule and Controlled Project Progress and Expenditures etc. He has a vast experience in the field, holding important responsibilities and senior positions in companies like M/s. Rajkiya Nirman Nigam Ltd, ASHBCE System & Private Ltd. and GAMMON Cooling Towers in as General Manager-Operation.

Mr. Shantanu MazumdarGM-Projects

Mr.Shantanu Mazumdar has more than 20 years of rich experience in construction of cooling tower, chimneys, Residential Buildings, construction of LPG Bottling plant at IOCL-Haldia, Construction of roads for PWD state highway. He has also worked in GEODESIC Technique in steel structure for LPG Plants.

Mr. R. K. Srivashtav AGM Accounts/Finance

Mr. Srivashtav is a C.A and an LLB, with over 23 years of experience in Accounts and Finance. He has worked in GOETZE india Ltd. for almost a decade and there he was responsible for Tax, VAT, TDS matters, statutory compliances, audit, finalization of accounts and MIS. At Bygging, he is responsible for finalization of annual accounts –Construction Division, and analysis report of yearly expenditure with a control over it.

Mr. Nandkishore LahaneSenior Manager-projects

Mr. Lahan holds a BE (Civil) from Amravati University and has over 15 years of specialization civil construction and project management and vast experience in construction, project planning, project management of hi-rise structures; industrial, residential and commercial construction projects. He has worked as Section Manager with Sembawang Infrastructure India.( Punj Lloyds Company) and as a Project Manager with Unity Infraprojects Ltd.

Highly quali�ed and experienced in the �eld of electrical management, Mr.Siddiqui has had a rich journey of over 13 years in the construction industry. Through his career he has been a part of many reputed organisations, including Sahara India Pvt. Ltd. and Voltas. Currently, at Bygging, he responsible for designing, planning and execution of electrical work for projects.
