Day 4: The Canal and the city ★ After breakfast, check out with your luggage. On the way tothe beach you will enjoy a tour of Panama Canal. Lunch follows, and a visit to the mostbustling area of the city, the Causeway of Amador. Continue to Nusagandi, where our friends ofKuna Yala await your arrival for a great aquatic journey in comfortable outboard motor boats.

Day 5-6: Yandup Island Lodge: Out of this world experience ★ Lay in ahammock, swim, snorkel, sail or row in a little Kuna canoe. Fish or hike in therainforest.
