Today I am going to Spectrum Therapy

I will need to bring with me my Therapy Folder.

There I will see one of the Occupational Therapists or Psychologists: Gaby, Nadia or Aimee. Nadia Gaby Aimee When I get to Spectrum Therapy I can say hello at the front desk, and sit in a chair to wait for my therapist.

I may take toys out of grey house to play with while I wait, but I must remember to put them away before my session with my therapist.

At the start of the session, my therapist will let me know what we will be doing. This may be written down to help me remember.

At Spectrum Therapy, there are lots of fun activities to play with

If I need a break, I can let my therapist know and they can help me move to a different space and calm down.

If I need to go to the toilet, I can tell my therapist or mum or dad and they can help me find the toilets.
