Tobias is a highly motivated
professional who sees progress in
collaboration and exchange
between governments, the private and non-governmental sector. He believes that it is a question
of vision and strategy to make governments competitive in terms of providing people with
access to digital public services. Structures and processes of the public services need to be easily
accessible for residents and citizens. Tobias has a lot of experience in international cooperation
and communication in Northern Europe. He joined the e-Estonia Showroom in 2017 to support
