Toast Ordering using a Mobile Phone or IPAD

Toast can now only be booked and paid for via Parent Pay, do not send cash

into school.

Toast can be booked from now right up until the Summer Holidays.

You must both book (i.e. make a choice of white or brown for each day) and

make payment for your child to receive their toast.

To book and make payment for your child’s toast:

Log on to your Parent Pay account.

Click on your child’s name next to the Blackwood logo:

On the next screen click on the 3 white bars on the blue coloured “welcome” band:

Click on “Bookings” and then click on “Make or view bookings”:

From the “Make bookings for” drop down menu choose “Breakfast” and from the “Week

commencing” drop down menu choose the date you would like to make bookings for then click

on the blue “Make or view bookings” button:

On the next screen scroll down to underneath the orange line and Click on either “White toast”

OR “Brown toast” on the days you would like your child to have toast:

When you have made your selections, the boxes turn green and will have a white tick in the top

right hand corner. When you have made all of your selections (toast can be booked up until July)

click on the Confirm bookings button at the bottom of the page:

When you have confirmed your bookings Parent Pay will calculate the amount you need to pay

and you can make your payment, there is a minimum payment amount of £1 so you will need to

book a minimum of 5 days toast:

Once payment is completed you will get a receipt email from Parent Pay.

You will need to keep a record of when you have booked your child’s toast up until, unfortunately we are

not able to send reminders out.

Please let your child know that they should be on the toast register, there have been some instances

where children have not collected toast, as they were not aware toast had been booked for them!

The ladies in the school office are not able to book toast on your behalf.

The online booking of toast will help us enormously as the cash system currently used is very time

consuming for both Teaching and Office staff.
