To Whom It May Concern: In regard to North Delta CARES Comments regarding the CA WaterFix as it pertains to CEQA and NEPA, as well as a recent decision by the Delta Stewardship Council on Water Conveyance, Systems Storage and Operations of Both, we are resubmitting our letter and including the attachments. This is North Delta CARES Comments, Attachment 1 of 2. We request that due to the devastation of the construction period to the Delta and due to the lack of proper mitigation for the construction, that the CEQA/NEPA documents be rejected, refused and redone with beneficial alternatives that do not destroy Northern California.
