ArrivalYour room will be ready at 2 p.m.

In the summer you can use the outdoor swimming pool in Reichenau free of charge already in the morning on the day of arrival.The in-house sauna is in operation from 2 p.m. Bath towels will be available for you.

If you plan to arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know beforehand.

If you arrive by train or bus, we will be happy to pick you up at the station of Payerbach-Reichenau free of charge. Please let us know well in advance.

Kitchen is open from 12 noon to 8 p.m.Buffet lunch is from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m.

Food intolerance:Please inform us well before arrival, so that we can take your needs into consideration.

PetsDogs are allowed by prior reservation. We charge € 7.00 per day for a dog – without food. Please note that for reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the restaurant.

Non smoking roomsAll our rooms are non-smoking.

Departure On the day of departure, we would like you to vacate your room by 10 a.m.

Payment optionsIn addition to cash, we also accept debit cards, Visa or Mastercard.

Cancellation agreementShould you not be able to start your holiday as planned or have to leave prematurely, we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees.These are based on the time of cancellation:up to 3 months before arrival, there is no chargeup to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40%,up to 1 week, it is 70% and afterwards we charge 90% of the total amount.
