I certify that my child is physically fit to participate in all activities of the camp. In case of injury to my child and in my absence, I authorize a representative of the organization to obtain emergency medical care of a physician and I hereby waive all claims against Bay Area Youth Softball, The Texas Glory Adkins Organization and its sponsors.WAIVER OF LIABILITY I, the parent or legal guardian of the above named player, do hereby give my approval for my child's participation in any and all of its activities of the skills camp to which this application pertains. Texas Glory Adkins Fox Staff Bios

Tanelda McDonald : Graduated from Mississippi State University.  Tanelda played 3rd base and obtained her degree in Business Administration. The Lady Bulldogs made 4 NCAA Regional appearances during Tanelda's career at MS State.   She earned the Mississippi State Softball Most Improved Player Award, and All SEC Academic Honor Roll. Tanelda played with the Harlem Diamonds professional Softball team and later received her MBA at Mississippi College where she worked as a graduate assistant under Head Coach and former teammate Brooke O'Hair.  Tanelda is currently Co-Owner of Playing with Purpose Softball

Leslie Pierce: Played softball at the University of Louisiana Lafayette. Was All-State and All-District at Sam Rayburn High School. Played in the College World Series as a freshman at ULL. Leslie was All-Academic American and All-American at the University of Louisiana Lafayette. Less holds a BS in Education from ULL.

Lonnie Fox: Played football on athletic scholarship at UMASS and was All-District at Sam Rayburn High School. Lonnie has coached select softball for over 4 years and is the Director for the Texas Glory Adkins Organization in Houston. He manages the Texas Glory Adkins-Fox College Preparatory Tournament Team and holds an MBA from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.

Alan Snedeker: Alan played golf on athletic scholarship at East Central University in Oklahoma. He has coached softball at the select level for more than 4 years and has been involved with softball for over 6 years. Alan is the President of the Bay Area Youth Softball League and is the Head Coach of the Texas Glory Adkins-Fox College Preparatory Tournament Team. He holds a BS in Physics and Mathematics from ECU.

Mike Zaid: Went to the University of Houston and holds a BS in Biology with a minor in Psychology. Mike has been around softball for 8 years and has coached select softball for more than 6 years. He has coaching experience with both the Impact Gold and Texas Glory Adkins Organizations.

Texas Glory Skills Camp Schedule8:00am Check in

9am Introduction of Staff / Team and grouping per age and skill: Total of 5 groups Explanation of 5 drill stages: Fielding / Hitting/ Base Running / Game Situations & mental aspects of the game / Agility training Explain drill station rotation process

9:30am Allow groups to warm up Assign groups their first drill station Water break Regroup and send to first stations

10:00am Group sessions will run for 25 min each (Horn will sound to identify change time) 2-3 min water break between each session

11:00am Group Session/ Game situations and mental aspects of the game – Field 2- (Tanelda McDonald & Lonnie Fox)

12:00 noon Lunch Break

1:00pm Pick up on station rotations 3 sessions and 3 water breaks

Texas Glory Adkins Skills CampImportant Camp Information

Things to bring to camp: All softball equipment/ glove, bat, helmet, cleats, water, sunscreen, etc..

Players are encouraged to wear their free Glory T Shirt during Camp

Lunch: Lunch will be at noon. Please pack a lunch for a picnic at the fields

Concessions: TGA-Fox will have light concessions available for sale/ water, Gatorade, soda, Subway sandwiches, chips, etc..

If you are dropping your player off, make sure to let a camp staff member know at check in.

Parents will not be permitted on the fields and must remain in parent designated areas (at the fields-bleachers / at the batting cages-in the area near the trees). When moving from stage to stage make sure to walk on the outside of the fields and not across the fields.
