Right click at the intersection of the horizontal and vertical axis.

If the ruler is not showing click CTRL+R.Select “Inches.

Choose the Type Tool.Click and drag to create TWO separate text boxes.

Choose the Selection Tool.Click on the outline of the textbox to reposition.

PLACING TEXT

Select the text frame with the Selection Tool.Choose File>Place>browse until you find you story.

Select OKClick at the top left of the text box to place the text in the

frame.

FITTING TEXT

Note the red + sign at the bottom right of the text frame.This indicates there is additional text within the frame.
