Hi All!

Please read the below instructions and follow the fixture for the above Hoop Time day. • Pool Games are fixture as 1 x 13 minute games. Finals and consolation games will then be 2

x 8 minute halves. • Leigh will be the coordinator on the day. • Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre, Aughtie Drive, Albert Park. • The day begins at 9.45am so please be at the stadium by 9.30am to ensure the day runs

smoothly. • Game balls will be provided by Basketball Victoria. • First aid will be supplied by Acute First Aid & is located in the first aid room in the main foyer. • Please ensure that each team has a competent scorer on the bench at all times. • Canteen facilities are available for lunch, drinks and snacks • Please make sure teams are on court at their fixtured time to make sure the day runs as

scheduled. • Please also ensure you read the entire fixture & ensure you play in any possible Finals or

Consolation Games you are involved in. • If you do plan to leave before the presentations please let the co-ordinator know BEFORE

you depart so you can collect your showbag for your participants. • Once the day has concluded, can teachers please ensure they clean up their areas and place
