I am giving Formal Notice & Demand for the US DOJ to criminally investigate this matter fully, based upon

the info contained within this communication. The Official main evidence in the Jerry and Joe Kane murdercase of West Memphis, AR, May 20, 2010 is the recorded 911 eyewitness call, the ASP-Case Summary Report,

the ASP Crime Laboratory Autopsy Reports & one traffic stop dash cam, with no audio. The contention is that

there are glaring impossibilities within these four (4) 'Official' main pieces of evidence, also other videos,articles and audios:

According to the ASP Crime Lab Autopsy reports, Jerry and Joe Kanes manner of death was Homicides.

Sole 'Eyewitness' Vincent Brown stated in his recorded 911 call 'These guys just shot a cop.'

The dash cam shows a morbidly obese man, alleged to be Jerry Kane, clearly never with a weapon.

**Which evidence is true? As both are in complete conflict, that doesn't mean that one must be true. Both the911 call AND the dash cam can be fake**

Sole 'Eyewitness' Vincent Brown stated in his 911 call that They're all with automatic weapons.The dash cam shows a morbidly obese man alleged to be Jerry Kane, was never with a weapon during the video

while on camera.

**Which evidence is true? As both are in complete conflict, both the 911 call AND the dash cam can be false**

On Chief Paudert May 26, 2010 Commercial Appealvideo interview he said his officers Bill and Brandon had

them out and they were talking to them, Brandon on one side, Bill on the other, talking to Them, when the guy

in the back started shooting. The dash cam never shows both of the Kanes out of the vehicle at the same timebeing talked to by Bill and Brandon. This describes a completely different scene with three (3) or more

individuals, having nothing to do with the Kanes.

**Chief Paudert could be lying or the dash cam could be faked. There may be other possibilities. The Chiefcould be lying AND the dash cam could be fake.

The Sole eyewitness states that the killers took the license plates off at the traffic stop.The dash cam shows the license plates were never taken off at the traffic stop.

ASP Crime Lab Autopsy report states that Jerry Kane Jr. had a slightly obese abdomen.

41 days later a dash cam appears, displaying a man with a morbidly obese abdomen who is notJerry Kane Jr.**Either the ASP Crime Laboratory Autopsy report Coroner is lying or the dash cam is faked** We havemaintained all along that Jerry Kane was NOT morbidly obese as portrayed on the dash cam.

In recorded 911 call, two (2) 911 operators ask the Sole eyewitness if the killers car had Ohio tags, he said no.911 put out an APB that the killers had Ohio tags despite the Sole eyewitness distinctly saying no, to Ohio tags.

In the December 26, 2010 Commercial Appealarticle, Wren stated that 'The Kanes marched toward them (Wrenand Busby) in the Walmart parking lot.' Marched is a term designed to give a military impression to imply

justification of self defense on the part of the participants. Where is the evidence of "marching?"

The Helicopter video shows the Kanes never left their minivan in the Walmart parking lot and march anywhere

Is there other video shows marching, perhaps the helicopter did not have the scene framed and focused? If so,

present it!**Wren could be lying or the Helicopter video could be doctored. There may be other possibilities. Wren could

be lying AND the videos could be doctored.**

The December 26, 2010 Commercial Appealarticle Wren stated As the suspects marched toward the officers,

he heard one of them reload. The clip slapped into the gun, metal on metal.

The Kanes had one revolver that held 5 rounds, revolvers obviously dont have a clip to slap in.The Kanes had one AK-47 that didn't have a clip, it had a magazine that couldn't slap into the gun, metal on

metal! What Wren heard was a fellow officer REloading because it was impossible for the Kanes to have done

it! And why would an officer be REloading unless he had already UNloaded and shot his weapon out of bullets?**Either Wren is lying or FBI custodian of the property is lying** It is impossible for both to be true!

The December 26, 2010 Commercial Appealarticle Wren stated 'Suddenly a swarm of officers shouted to Wren

and Busby: "Stay down! Stay down! Get down on the ground!" Wren and Busby, both blood-soaked, watched afellow officers fired over their heads, pushing the suspects back in the van.

Busby and Wren were shot by officers located around the scene, not by the Kanes. When Busby and Wren wereordered to Stay down! Stay down! Get down on the ground it was only AFTER Busby and Wren got down that

fellow officers were, then, 'Firing over their heads.' Prior to Busby and Wren told to Stay down! Stay down! Ge

down on the ground! Busby and Wren were DIRECTLY in fellow officers line of fire around the Kanes van andBusby and Wren were shot repeatedly by friendly fire. This is WHY they were told to Stay down! Stay down!

Get down on the ground! Everyone saw the crazy circular cross firing stance of the officers shortly thereafter.

Where are all the Ballistic reports? Oh that's right, the Prosecutor announced 41 days after the incident that they

weren't going to do ballistics. We were stunned that they hadn't done ballistics ALREADY within the forty oneday interim waiting period for the dash cam to come out. said they didn't NEED to do ballistics.... Why are the

reports not generated? Why isn't it needed?

We are demanding all powder testings and ballistics be done immediately!

ButWren stated 'Suddenly a swarm of officers shouted to Wren and Busby: "Stay down! Stay down! Getdown on the ground!", there is not one officer to be seen other than Wren and Busby in any direction of theaerial view of the helicopter video! And considering there was an alleged Helicopter overhead, how could Wren

hear anything from anybody? **Wren could be lying or the helicopter video could be doctored. There may beother possibilities. The eyewitness could be lying AND the video can be a fabrication.

The 'suspects' were never out of the van 'marching' to make it possible to be 'pushed back in the van.'

Chief Paudert said Court was held in the parking lot that day stating that if the Kanes had put down their

weapons they'd be alive today and in jail. This is a boldfaced lie. The Kanes were not holding weapons and theKanes would not be in jail. This sadly laughable non evidence would have cleared any wrongdoing of the Kane

surely and swiftly. These 'law enforcement officers' were rogue vigilantes and killed an innocent family.

According to the ASP Crime Laboratory autopsy report, the real Jerry Kane Jr., the one with the slightly obese

abdomen, (not that obese actor that looked 12 months pregnant with breasts) had been shot below his thumb

through the palm of his left hand.Jerry Kane, Jr. palm had to be facing toward Sheriff Busby and Wren in adefensive, hands up surrender mode, when Wren or other officer/s shot him. There were no calls for surrender

from Busby and Wren. After Jerry Kane, Jr., held his hands up in a surrender mode, he was shot! Put down wha

weapons Chief? Are hands held up in surrender mode palms forward, now considered weapons? Jerry Kane, Jr.

started to back his minivan away from the altercation, most likely horrified and very confused as to why his

minivan had been cut off in the Walmart parking lot by an unmarked vehicle in the front of his minivan in the

actions that a carjacker would utilize and why he was shot to begin with, with hands up, then the 'Hero' wildlifeofficer slammed his truck into the Kanes minivan then proudly recited how he shot 30 rounds down at them. We

have forensically analyzed the videos frame by frame and we also used FLIR technology. No shots came from

the Kanes minivan. However, many shots and shotgun loads were seen going into the Kanes van. They wereslaughtered with extreme prejudice because it was falsely believed they had killed Paudert and Evans at a prior

stop. There were no calls for surrender. The Kanes had done nothing wrong to warrant a surrender.

Chief Paudert grabbed his gun that day and said he was Going to go down to the Walmart and kill the suspects

himself. A threat to kill "suspects" from a public servant who took an Oath to protect and defend the

Constitution without regard for due process is an impeachable offense in a due process community. Who is thedomestic terrorist here? No sense in letting petty things like facts or silly Due process of real Law (not Color of

Law) get in the way. Before he left, a SWAT officer came up to Chief Paudert and recounted how he had killed

Jerry Kane. I waited until he looked at me and then I blew his brains out SWAT man said. Who is the domesti

terrorist here? He didn't say I waited until he looked at me, asked him to surrender, he refused and then I blewhis brains out. Who is the Domestic Terrorist here? He didn't say I waited until he looked at me, raised a gun

to me thereby putting me in fear of my life and then I blew his brains out. He said I waited until he looked at

me and then I blew his brains out. Chief Paudert hugged and kissed the SWAT officer, telling him Thank you,that is exactly what I would have done. Who are the Domestic terrorists here?....Again, no call for surrender

ever came. Where is the evidence that a call for surrender was issued or that officers were identified prior to the

alleged gun battle that the Kanes allegedly participated in at Walmart?Neither Jerry Kane nor Joe Kane raised agun nor a rifle to anyone that day, nor any other day, EVER. Vigilante 'justice' is illegal and unlawful precisely

because of horrific unimaginable injustices such as this. As printed in The Commercial Appeal article dated

April 17, 2011 Chief Paudert conducts 'Conferences' going around the country telling other officers that the

Kanes were Sovereign citizens, showing photos of their dead, bloody, bullet ridden corpses on a giant screen,calling them scum and vomit, no word is too vile to describe them, he said. Chief Paudert warning officers

and parading dead photos of an innocent man and an innocent child. Who is the Domestic Terrorist here? All in

an obvious effort to be on the Offensive because he knows once he stops his vile lies, the cover up of the Kanesfalls like a house of cards. He will be forever known as a murderer of innocents. This is his legacy.

Facts about Jerry Kane:

DID NOT HAVE;

A Homemade License Plate. Jerry was a National, not a Sovereign citizen. Jerry & Joe Kane were not racist.Jerry & Joe Kane believed in the Constitution and Laws. Speculation ran wild about a License Plate being the

Cause for the alleged traffic stop. Chief Paudert has never corrected the speculation for both counts.

DID HAVE:

An Official, valid Ohio License Tag number EDE 8396.

A valid Ohio registration expiration date of June of 2012. (Feel free to look it up in the Ohio DMV database)

A Drivers License.

A wife. Married in a state that recognizes common law marriages. Florida does recognize common lawmarriages from other states.

Chief Paudert: Inaccurate Statements and Deliberate Actions:

Deliberatelywithheld from the public the facts that Jerry Kanes minivan had a valid Ohio license plate.

Deliberately withheld from the public that Jerry Kanes minivan was properly registered through the State ofOhio until June, 2012.

Willfully, knowingly and maliciously classified Jerry and Joe Kane as Sovereign citizens without evidenceWillfully, knowingly and deliberately withheld from the public, the fact that Jerry Kanes minivan had a

Were murdered even after the sole eyewitness told 911 no, to the killers having Ohio Tags!

Were never at any traffic stop with Brandon Paudert and Bill Evans. This is the reason West Memphis

Police produced one badly concocted video. West Memphis Police Department claims that neitherpolicevehicle had audio recording and the backup patrol car had no dash cam. Above all, a concocted video was

released forty-one (41) days after the alleged traffic stop.

In the ASP-Case Summary report it states that when Brandon Paudert made the scene (as backup), he

turnedhis dash cam off. Yet his patrol car lights were still flashing when the First Responders show up at

the scene! Would a Sergeant arriving as backup to a scene turn off his dash cam? How is this possible? This is

not credible as Chief Paudert stated that these men were personally handpicked by him.

In conclusion:

We have never disputed that two officers were killed. We have maintained all along that it was not the Kanes

that killed the officers, that it was others. We couldn't understand why, even when everything pointed to both

the officers at the traffic stop and the Kanes both being killed, was slapped down as ridiculous. Then with

sickening shock and horror, we realized why. If they admitted to the real scenario then that would makeWMPD, CCSO, AR GAME & FISH, etc., guilty of Homicides. The wrong people were killed (and these

rogue, vigilante cops would not admit that they cold blooded murdered the Kanes so the effort has been to

fabricate a connection to place the Kanes at an earlier place and time). Enter the faked dash cam that doesn'tmatch the eyewitness or Pauderts accounts (with no audio whatsoever) comes into play. The dash cam doesn't

even match the officer down pages. They stated: The two (2) officers ordered the vehicle occupants out of

the vehicle. (The dash cam doesn't show this). The vehicle occupants exited the vehicle armed with AK-47's.(The dash cam doesn't show this). The officers were killed with AK-47's. (The dash cam doesn't show this).

When it was found that the Kanes only had one (1) AK and one revolver, the officer down pages were

altered to reflect same as above, except they stated the officers were killed with a long rifle and a handgun.

When they were alerted to the fact that their newly revised version of events were now completely in conflictwith the Sole eyewitness accounts, they changed it back to reflect the officers were killed with AK-47's. They

have constantly altered, lied, changed, rechanged, edited because the stories they put out at the beginning

were all lies. Their statements describes completely different scenarios from both the traffic stop, 1st Responderand Walmart scene. APB out for three (3) Hispanics, orange roof. The videos are all faked. Every last one.

The real killers of Paudert and Evans, are still at large. The ongoing psychotic demonization, lies, falseprofiling of 'Americans' by the SPLC and the ADL 501(c)(3) Tax exempt corporations' acting completely

outside of the scope of their corporate charters needs to end NOW. The ongoing psychotic demonization, lies,

false profiling and parading around of innocent peoples death photos by a public servant who purportedly sworeto Protect and Defend the Constitution and people's Rights, ends NOW.

448. Fraud Proved by Circumstances.Fraud is seldom established by direct and positive proof, and such

proof is not necessary. Generally, the first effort of a man, who intends to commit a fraud, is to throw a veilover the transaction, to conceal it from discovery, to baffle all attempts at detection, and to shield it against

attack. No man willingly furnishes the proof of his own turpitude. Fraud is, for this reason, rarely perpetrated

openly and in broad daylight. It is committed in secret, and is usually hedged about by every guard that can be

devised to prevent its discovery and exposure. Its path is crooked and circuitous, its footprints are carefullycovered up, the signs of its operations are diligently removed, or attempted to be removed, and the mask of

honesty and good faith is put over the face of the real transaction.

This will serve as Public Notice that all derogatory information and inflammatory information, all negative

comments regarding the profiling of the Kanes as Soverign citizens or domestic terrorists and any mention

of the Kanes thereof, are to be removed immediately and saved as evidence. Public retractions, apologiesand all the information concealed and withheld from the public by Chief Paudert, the SPLC and the ADL

are to apologize to all family members publicly. Public retractions are to be made and all information that

shows the Kanes were not Sovereign citizens or domestic terrorists are to be made public. All death photos

and copies are to be mailed to the widow. In fact, this is a CEASE AND DESIST for profiling anybody

henceforth. We have a Police Chief who thinks he can just go shoot suspects without due process. We have

the SPLC who states in their articles of incorporation that their mission is to Educate the educationally andeconomically challenged yet feels it can drum up millions of dollars in donations, as if handing them a

donation will stop the next lone wolf from pulling a trigger. We have the Anti Defamation League who

goes around defaming everyone, who says people need to realize that the government has the ultimatecontrol over them. It is time to go back to being Americans. No more categorizing or labeling. No racism.

And the least amount of government intrusion as intended by the Founders. That's what Jerry and Joe Kane

would have wanted. That is the least they deserve that after being wrongfully killed!
