TO-DO LIST FOR SERVERS Opening 1. Turn on lights at the top of bathroom stairs 2. Check bathrooms (toilet paper, soap, paper towel, toilet) 3.Wash hands 4. Get ice for bar 5. Find out what’s missing 6. Polish cutlery and glasses (with dry cloth) 7. Put out candles 8. Cut up lemons/lime as needed 9. Lids on juice 10.Quick sweep Procedure with Customer 1. Welcome with menu 2. Light candle and bring ice water 3. Get order for drinks/ appetizers 4. Input in system, USE APPLINE 5. Food (always use APPLINE for food order) 6. Print receipt 7. Clean and reset table when slow Closing 1. Reset all tables (make sure to wipe table and chairs) 2. Sweep Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday 3. Sweep AND mop on Saturday 4.Wash glasses 5. Polish glasses and utensils
