In our April edition, one of the worst pro-blems of video games : addiction. Yet, what do video games bring to our eve-ryday life? Finally Fifa 14 5th Birthday

and all the brand new features of one of the most popular games of the moment. Video game addiction is increasing every day, 4 % of the French population is addic-ted to video games, but there are solutions to fight it.Video Games are a good way to evacute pressure and have a lot of fun, sometimes during the week.But some teenagers and adults are addicted to video games and can’t stop playing. Peo-ple who play more than 30 hours per week may be addicted. The most addictive video games are the MMORPG (Massively Multi-player Online Role Playing Game).In 2009, the American Douglas Gen-tile made a survey and realized that 8.5% of the population who played video game were addicted. You’ll

say : « Oh, it’s not alarming » but it is ! In France, there are around 50% of people who often play video games. There are 70 mil-lion people in France, so around 35 million of « gamers » . Of this part of the population, 2.8 million are addicted to video games. And this number keeps increasing every day..But ? What can we do against this pheno-menon ? Don’t worry, there are many solu-tions !In the first place, the video game addiction is like drug addiction, so there are treatments to fight against it!If you play around 30 hours a week, you play video games during all your free time instead of going out to the cinema with your friends, to school or to work, maybe you’re addicted. If that happens, talk with your

INSTRUCTIONSPour 3 tbsp of olive oil, add the mint and parsley in a bowl. Hugo Leclerq aka

MADEON, born in Nantes on May 30th, 1994 is a French DJ and electronic music producer. At the early age of 20, Hugo embarked in the music industry around the age of 11 under the pseudonym DJ Dae-mon2 who played HandUp mixes or hard trance tunes. He stopped producing under this name in September 2010 to focus on

i t s own style and has been using the alias MADEON an anagram of DAE-MON ever since. The music streaming website called SOUNDCLOUD helped him get famous and in 2010 he was awarded with the title of best remix artists in the The Island Australian Drum and Bass Pendulum 3 and 4. In 2011 he signed a remix of Yelle titled «What Do You Want?» Then he refreshed the song «Raise your Weapon» by the Canadian produ-cer DeadMau5. During the Summer he posted a YouTube video of his live mashup Pop Culture in which he mixes up to 39 tunes and forms a 3minutes piece. In a few months he will tour round Paris, London, New York, Toronto and Australia.

NEUS is a French remix composer who made his debut in 2010.He reached the top electro and bass music charts with a lot of different remixes of famous songs. He crea-ted a label with other electronic artists. The latest remix by NEUS is a remix of the single ‘Happy’ by Pharrell Williams. To compose his remixes NEUS slightly twists the song melody or sometimes changes it completely. He even remixed a song by famous elec-tro/dubstep icon SKRILLEX.

Real name Sonny John Moore is the former member of the band ‘From First to Last’. Now he embarked on a successful solo carreer marked by various awards such as the 2012 Grammy Award. Thanks to their originality, looks and hair-cuts (!), these guys might well be remem-bered by our future generations!

The breaker : New waves takes place after the end of The Breaker : when Shinwoo, the main character, lost his ability to do martial arts. with

an end like this, we could have expected an amazing aftermath... and even if New waves keeps the spirit of the breaker (with a bit less darkness), the main character seems to have lost all the maturity acqui-red in The Breaker. In New waves he acts in a childish way, makes choices not really

well-thought, and become the brat he was again at the start of the Breaker. In New Waves’ 1st volume, the author gave too much informations (probably for those who didn’t read the prequel) and that really breaks the action’s rhythm. But even with those little flaws, the Breaker : New Waves is entertaining with great battles’ scenes and a really good plot.By Aurélie.

I’m in love with this loser !

Scumbag loser, a pretty recent man-ga, appears like a very pleasant discovery. I have to say that the cover is

meaningful and mirrors the story’s originality. Indeed, this manga is surprising for its accumulation of incon-gruous situations and charac-ters. The hero is all...except a real hero : a fat and perverse boy obsessed with a girl he knows since primary school. He liked to think he was not tatty but when the loser of his class said that he had a girl-friend, he became the most ridiculous in his class. so he decided to lie and in his school

decided to pretend she was really his girl-friend but she’s in fact a vile creature who feeds on... losers ! An unorthodox scenario in short, and that brings all the interest in scumbag loser. If you want to discover a real jewel full of surprises, go for it and read it. An absolutely amazing work that

combines suspense, fears, strangeness... What’s more, the plot is really interesting since it can be considered as a denunciation of our society based on appearances and is not restricted to a simple strange and violent manga. another great ki-oon publi-cation and a pleasure to dis-cover Mikoto yamaguti who

But when a S.H.I.E.L.D colleague is attacked, Steve gets tangled in a web of intrigue that puts the whole world at risk. Directors Joe and Anthony Russo were able to create an effective script that will appeal to the general public with Captain America

Black Widow uses her tricks and Captain America shows his muscles against the powerful Winter Soldier. A MORE PROFOUND CAP’Marvel’s blockbuster reveals a little more about Captain America’s mind. After a long period of sleep, Steve Rogers tries to adapt to modern life. He does not consider him-self as a hero in this sequel. Indeed his only duty is to account for peace and he doesn’t claim any fame or pubic acknowledgement for it. He is now a new SHIELD agent who learns new fighting techniques. OUR VERDICTThe scenario holds on and actions scenes are explosive! Realistic clashes and great visual effects, the film looks all the more believable now!We liked discovering the emotional side of the characters. Captain America 2 differs from other Marvel films usually focused

on supernatural effects. With plenty of twists and turns, this film should please everyone!

York. Two men offer him a two-week job as a musician but instead of the job, Northup is drugged and wakes up in chains. He has become a slave. This is a great movie that represents the reality of slavery. Some scene are extre-mely violent and very emotional. Brad Pitt play the part of Bass a anti-sla-very Canadian who will help Solomon. Nor-thup confides his kidnapping to Bass. Bass risks his life and agrees to send a letter for Solomon.

After his brother’s death, hiro woke up with handcuffs in an unknown dark building with a big rabbit’s mask on his head. He then arrived

in a court room and discovered seven

other teenagers with masks of animal which represent the seven deadly sins. Afterwards, a video appeared and explai-ned that they would play a game. This game consists in voting to sacrifice one of them each 12 hours... this manga is a mix of thought and manipulation, an intensely psychological thriller but still violent and gory because death is always

around the characters, waiting for them. The reader is dragged into a sinister and gripping atmosphere. the only dark spot we can find is the lack of precision of the drawings during fight’s scenes but Judge stays a good read and you won’t be disap-pointed! ;)

with colours and patterns we challenge you wear to be original trough creativity. This Spring and Summer patterns and colours come back, mainly summer co-lours. Concerning the patterns often used, we find Arty style inspired by modern decoration patterns. Tribal Style is also back trough embroidery on dresses and skirts, a style found essentially in Alexan-der McQueen’s creations. The designers demonstrated originality this year in ma-king return in front of scene fur coats with summer patterns, bright colors or with hawaiian patterns as Dolce&Gabanna offers for this sunny period. There are also geometric patterns which do their come back on dresses, coats and overalls by Fendi. A trend approaching Arty Style. The patterns remain very present this year concerning colours we stay rather dark but with a light touch. White is used a lot in Spring/ Summer Collections for clean and cool looks but also the blue under all declinations, very often in total look. Finally, we see that neutrals colors such as beige, black or white are hugely presents on all collections because these are timeless. No neon colors program but pastels colors which are softer and womanly for a change. So don’t be scared of people’s stare and assert your style for this season !
