Unique reconciliation algorithm (rulebased) is followed for one to onetransaction comparison between eachcategories to achieve faster and accurate

results. Previous un-match data is considered for

current reconciliation to achieve genuinematch and un-match.

Reconciliation process database will havelast 120 days (parameterized) of data anytime. Data previous to 120 days will beautomatically moved into history table.

Compliant Automation System (CAS) is a module of the A

software which provides add-on functionality to the Reconcilia

module will be used by both - the customer care personnel

queries as well as the clerks and managers.

CAS begins at the point when a customer lodges a compliant t

care personnel. This is automatically defined as a task for the clerk

as the clerk resolves the issue by comparing CBS and ATM

mentioning his comments, the task escalate to the managers t

automated workflow. The Manager then again verifies the iscomments in order to approve or disapprove it. After getting rem

the mentioning bank updates the CBS data and the manager close
