Conclusion - are inspired from AIESECers on the event or on infodesk - they want to be like them or be in that kind of environment

- people are motivated because of the speakers on the event (they want to present one day like them or have same success) - we should prepare good host and presenters

- people had some engagement before with BiP/Y2B or with interns/ICX project in the university and they have a good perception

- should work on better message in VTU and TU, because the motivation of people shows that they didn't get the essence of the organisation and TMP .
