Develoment of market sales caused intensive investment in equipment andfacilities as well as human resources of the company.

termomatik . . . was established in 1987. as a privateenterprise with an unlimited liability. A company from its establishment is engagedin engineering, manufacturing and installation of industrail furnaces and industrialautomation.

Development of resources of the company enabled the carrying out engineeringwork and for the foreign market from which we can emphasize engineering ofindustrial furnaces and automation, software for programmable machines( 5 and 7, its own system based on microcontroller),engineering in the field of refractory and refractory lining as well as thedevelopment and manufacture of electronic equipment and steel constructionaccording to the order for their own purposes.

Today company employs highly professional staff of different types specializedfor industrial furnaces, automation, measurement and control, and refractory andcollaborate with leading domestic and foreign companies.

A company is trying to adjust to current standards of quality and environmentmanagement to ensure preconditions for the further development of the marketsales.

Business alignment to the standards of quality and environment in the field ofdevelopment of manufacture and sales of technological equipment and machineryas well as continuosly training of human resources in the application of methodsof quality and environmental protection are guarantee for the successfulpositioning of the company in the future.

We have not had trouble with suppliers in the purpose of performing our services,and environment analysis indicates that this trend will continue in the comingyears in business. Good business relations with suppliers and their concerns forquality is certainly facilitate the realization of our vision, mission and strategic andbusiness objectives. The company currently works with 60 users who are loyal tothe founding company. In the market we are recognized for quality, experienceand good business cooperation.

Quality policy and environmental management is defined, documented andimplemented in the company Zenica on the following principles:

- company undertakes to persue the fulfillment of all requirementsof quality management and environment policy (policy which corresponds to thenature, extent and impacts on the environment), and be responsible for their ownactivities, products and services in all phases of the business process, therebypreventing pollution of the environment;

- We provide continuous control of the complement system, quality andenvironmental management, and training and employees motivation;

- We will take care of the conserve of natural resources and will reduce energyconsumption;

- We ensure the satisfaction of the interests of all stakeholders (customers,owners, employees, suppliers, communities) including complying of theobligation with applicable legal and other requirements that the organizationhas signed in relation to its environmental aspects;

- With preventive and remedial measure we prevent repetition of mistakes andthe formation of new faults;

- We provide passing, understanding and achievement of quality policy andenvironmental in entire company;

Quality policy and environment is defined on the basis of experience from theprevious period and suggestions of carrier of business functions and agreed onthe level of the top management in accordance with vision and strategy of thecompany.
