Ritek Corporation in Taiwan to promote Optical Diskette (Compact Disc)into Japanese Martket *July 1993 : Set up Joint Venture Company in Hong Kong to make components for 3.5” Micro Floppy Diskette *Apr. 1994 : Appointed as Authorized Dealer of M/s Fuji Magne-Disk Corp. to Promote Optical Diskette (CD-Rom) *June 1995 : Set up Joint Venture Company with M/s Ritek in Hawaii to create Visual Contents *Oct. 1995 : Set up TMC Corporation in USA to handle with Contents (Audio, Visual , computer soft ware and others ) *Mar.1996 : Start production of 3.5”MFD under TDK brand in Taiwan


*Sept.1996 : Start production of 3.5”MFD under FUJI brand in Taiwan (Quit production in ’98 and change to supply under No brand) *Sept.1997 : Appointed as Authorized Dealer of M/s Nippon Columbia to promote Optical Diskette (CD-Rom & DVD ) *June 1997 : Appointed as Authorized Dealer of M/s Dai Nippon Printing to handle with their products like MO cartridge, DVD-Ram cartridge for Overseas Market *Jan. 1998 : Appointed as Authorized Dealer of M/s Asahi Glass to handle with their products, solvent to use Optical Diskette manufacturing , for Overseas *Dec. 1999 : Invested and become Share Holder of M/s U-tech in Taiwan who is subsidiary of M/s Ritek in Taiwan ( 200,000 shares ) and appointed as Authorized Dealer of them into Japanese Market *June 2000 : Start production of Audio Cassette under SONY branded in Main Land China ( Quit production in August , 2001 ) *July 2000 : Moved to Current Location ( address ) *Sept.2000 : Established subsidiary under the name of M/s CMS to promote computer related components and peripherals
