Dr Mohit* Sharms infarmed that UPSAS naw has a GST number which is on essenf ial criteria
far allsoclsries. As per GSf rules it is mundatory that vrhatev€r funds come inta the accaunt afUPSOS have ta have on added GST amount. And it is the responsibility of the saciety to fiternonthly 65T returns.
As per auditors who have be*n consulted it is the respansibility *f the saciety ta deposit thestatutary dues and file returns accardifigly. Any default will be liable for ifiterest, penalty frndprosecutian.

It vatas *lsa informed thst the Midterm {-rpSOS has been canducted in the similar way. The
o{gznizing Setretary of Midterm UP505 Dr Arnit Patelwas also present in the GBM. He wcs
asked to give his feedback on his intersction regarding fin*nces with the centrol executive
committee and central accaunt. He reparted that ghe found all operations very smooth and didnat face any difficutty in payments etc witl) central accoufitirlg.

Dr Kamaljeet Singh suggested that a c$lendar to be made far the PG progroms to be held, The
plaees s€lected were Boreilly, A!!attsbad, and Meerut which had already shown willingness.
Aligarh und Gorakhpur were *dded and moil wauld be sent to all for willingness to conduct the
PG pragrams.
