WE HAVE A WINNER
We would like to thank everyone who participated in last
month’s competition of guessing the amount of sugar in each
of these drinks. Unfortunately, no one guessed all the
correct answers, therefore we decided to put all entrants’
names into a hat and pick a lucky winner. We can now reveal
the lucky winner is Callum Spinelli!

Dentistry Awards 2019
Our Charity Walk
As you may be aware the team participated in a
sponsored walk last month from Balmaha to
Milngavie, in total taking us 9 hours!
We would like to say a massive thank you to
everyone who donated to our sponsored walk,
we are overwhelmed with your generosity.
Delighted to reveal we have managed to raise
£1411.61 in aid of Marie Curie Glasgow. A
massive thank you to our staff for participating
in the charity walk but most of all thank you to
our patients, families and friends who donated
to help us raise this incredible amount for our
local chosen charity, we couldn’t have done it
without you all!
The Team at Tiwari Watson Dental Care are absolute delighted
to announce we are finalists in four categories this year at the
Dentistry Scotland Awards.

We would also like to say a special thank
you to a local hairdressers Hair Boutique
who also donated to the sponsored walk
and provided the girls who took part in the
charity walk a free blow-dry! They put on
an Amazing spread including prosecco,
Marie Curie Cupcakes, a full buffet and the
chance to win a fab hamper that included a
£50 Next Voucher and a blow-dry! We
really appreciated the support so thanks
again
Each month we have a small community fund that
we use to help our patients who are running
fundraisers or charity events. This month our
patient Margaret Crane ran a coffee morning in
aid of Bloodwise. Bloodwise is a UK charity which is
dedicated to funding research into all different
blood cancers as well as to offering information
and support to blood cancer patients. Bloodwise's
vision is to beat blood cancer. We are delighted
we had the opportunity to help them, and glad
they enjoyed a coffee morning for such a good
cause. Margaret and others managed to raise a
massive £1810, well done to all involved!

worked at the practice for 9 years now! Andrea originally
started within the practice when it was Springfield Dental Care
and continued on her role when it became Tiwari Watson

Patient Stories
Our patient Thomas didn’t like his teeth as he
didn’t like how his top teeth stuck out and wanted
his teeth to be more level. Thomas underwent our
Invisalign Dental Treatment to align his teeth and
afterwards had composite bonding. Thomas no
longer feels conscious about his teeth “sticking
out” and are now more level, he is delighted with
his new smile giving him more confidence. It was a
pleasure helping him to create his smile makeover.
