Making Effective Use of Color

When utilizing individual LEDs to illuminate a space, the effect provides monochromatic illumination. Visibility is limited to the

reflection of the specific LED light color(s) provided to the matching color content of the illuminated surface (carpet, object etc…). If

the surface has a 70% content of green, only that portion will result in light reflection when using green LEDs. The remaining portion

will appear dark.

The most effective single color LED illumination is to utilize White or Yellow LEDs to best illuminate dark, non-patterned carpets or

floors. The use of White or Yellow separately or in combination gives the highest illumination levels on the dark floor surface.

For patterned carpets and floors Tivoli’s Platinum Series full spectrum illumination is recommended. Full Spectrum illumination

utilizes the following color combinations:

• Red / White / Yellow combination – recommended for best color rendition to mimic incandescent illumination for use with

color pallets with dominant gold/yellows or red/orange patterns. In this combination, the blue base color of the white LED

in combination with both red and yellow LED’s to achieve a CRI of 85 and maximize visibility and safety.

• Red / Green / Blue combination – recommended for best color rendition of color patterns with dominant greens or blues/

purples to accentuate the vivid colors making them appear more animated than flat.

For other multi-color surface combinations different illumination effects can be created by substituting other LED colors. It is also

important to make sure that your color combinations and light levels meet all applicable codes. All Tivoli Platinum series color

combinations meet or exceed the Life Safety Code of light levels of .2 foot candles.

As our leading star, the Tivoli Platinum Series system delivers incredible performances in multiple applications and mounting

variations. Our product offering includes your choice of a hidden light source in our Fantasma Series products or a visible light

source as found in the Usher Series, Soft Aisle™ and SoftStep II™ products. With a variety of accessories and mounting accessories

to aid in your specific application installation, the Platinum Series products are all field-cuttable and feature replaceable LED PCB’s

making it easy to install and cost-effective to maintain.

“knee hazards with a compact, spherical neutral shape, the

Beacon™ Seat Light can easily be mounted on seats, walls,

Soft Aisle™Platinum Series

As the original manufacturer of Guide Lighting, Tivoli offers this

patented, flexible, foot friendly, aisle delineation system that features

the Platinum Series System with easily replaceable single LED modules

and is field cuttable and flexible for ease of installation. It is resistant

to shock and vibration moisture resistant with an integral seal for each

end delivering a durable and long lasting guide lighting solution.

Works ideally in any flat or sloped floor guide lighting application with

the choice of three profiles and an optional row indicator.

Monogram™ is a compact, seat or floor mounted row indicator that utilizes

LEDs to provide edge-lit, non-intrusive illumination of letters and numbers to

aid in guiding patrons. Available with multiple lines of alphanumeric text in

assorted fonts, the wide acrylic illuminated window can accommodate two

rows of graphics and six LED colors. Designed to be impervious to water

and with a non-slip surface, the Monogram is the ideal solution for both seat

mounted and floor mounted row indicators.

This product is Tivoli’s innovative answer to the challenge of

creating color-temperature specific illumination with white LEDs

for indirect applications.

The Architectural Channel Series is an indoor / outdoor solution

for amusement parks, casinos, bridges, boats or street decor. A

lightweight, aluminum alloy with a wire guard for Tivoli’s Tivolites

LED bulbs or any medium based bulbs.

Illumiline creates a variety of indirect illumination effects for wall

wash, handrails, stairwells, shelves and other indirect applications.

It is available in both a standard 88.3 to 97.69 Lm/Ft or a high

power, high efficacy, Title 24 compliant outdoor wet listed linear

LED lighting fixture.
