Appendix B. Frequently asked questions

Why does the Skype Update fixlet upgrade my Skype to the Skype Businessversion?

The Updates for Windows Application site only supports Skype Business versions, starting from version 5.8. All the previous versions of Skype will be upgraded tothe Business version, which is similar to the Skype edition but with added keyfeatures. See the Skype website for more details on the features of the Skype andSkype Business versions.

Why is it that I cannot make some Adobe Reader-related fixlets relevant tocomputers that have Adobe Reader installed?

Some of the Adobe Reader updates require specific versions installed to make thefixlets relevant. For example, in a fixlet with the title Adobe Reader X (10.1.1)Available - Adobe Reader X (10.1.0), you must have Adobe Reader 10.1.0 installed tomake the fixlet relevant.
