INTRODUCTION  Mecca  Engineering  Company  is  a  Pakistan  based  ISO  9001:2008  Certified  Engineering  and  Commercial  Organization, established in the year 1993, actively involved in Engineering and Marketing; our staff members have experience of 25 to 30 years in Servicing, Engineering and Marketing.  Today the company employs are 15 in such diverse activities in the field of instrumentation & control such as Engineering, Contracting, Field Erection, Maintenance, Commissioning and Supply.  The  highly  specialized  nature  of  these  activities  imposes  exact  demand  on  both  the  Company’s Work  Force  and  The Management. We fulfill these by exercising stringent quality controls over  its operation, resources, and services. We feel this diversity gives us a better understanding of the overall environment in which we operate.  On the industrial side we cater Power Plants, Electrical Utilities, Iron and Steel Making, Petroleum Refining and Distribution, Gas Production and Transmission, Fertilizers, Sugar, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Cement Plants etc.

       2.  ENGINEERING  MEC  Engineering  services  form  an  integral  part  of  our major  activities.  These  cover  various  fields  in Mechanical  and Electrical Engineering with special emphasis on Instrumentation services for industrial system.  INDUSTRIAL INTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL 

Instrumentation surveys and preparation of feasibility reports on the control requirements of the industries. 

Designing/  Development  of  piping  and  instrumentation  diagrams  (P&ID)  and  detail  engineering  to  implement monitoring and control system for different industrial sectors.  

Development of instruments specification. 

Detailed engineering and installation of high tech equipments including instrument air distribution system design, preparation of cable/conduit routing and wiring diagram. 

 ENERGY MANAGEMENT  

Assessment of process and equipment efficiencies. 

Process recommendation for process equipment’s modification with cost effectiveness and payback analysis. 

Design of instrumentation to monitor and control conventional and renewable Energy Systems.   3.  INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING SERVICES  MEC  provides  a  full  range  of  services  in  terms  of  consultancy,  installation,  commissioning,  repairing,  servicing  and maintenance  either  installing  a  single  instrument  or  large  scale  instrumentation  projects  or  carrying  out  complete installation  of  Electrical  systems.  MEC  staff  members  are  highly  qualified  and  skilled;  they  are  experienced  with multinational  services  companies  such  as  ANSALDO  (ITALY),  MERUBENI  (JAPAN),  GIBBS  &  HILLS  (USA),  CLOUGH ENGINEERING GROUP  (AUST) on different projects  in Pakistan and capable of commissioning,  servicing and maintaining industrial instrument control and electrical equipment.  INDUSTRIAL SYSTEM

4.  MAINTAINENCE & REPAIR SERVICES  MEC  provides  extensive  service  capabilities  for  trouble  shooting  and  repairs  for  electrical,  pneumatic  and  digital instrumentation. These services are available on time, contract and on call basis.  TRAINING MEC provides onsite operator training on instrumentation & control system. This training includes calibration, configuration and  routine  operations.  Special  training  programs  are  conducted  on  customer  request,  either  at  the  customer/Mecca Premises.         5.  CALIBRATION SERVICES  MEC provides calibration services to almost every  industrial sector  in Pakistan  i.e. Sugar  Industry, Cement  Industry, Oil & Gas Sector, Textile Industry, Pharmaceutical Industry, Steel Industry etc.  We  have  latest  technological  and  precise  test  instruments,  and  these  highly  specialized  test  instruments  are  being calibrated  from  Singapore.  Our  team  of  professional  engineers  gives  calibration  services  to  our  valuable  customers according to their industry requirements.  For  Pharmaceutical  Industry we  have  specialized  instruments  for  Validation  Process  of  the  Sterilizers/  Autoclaves with trends and comprehensive  log  reports according  to customer  requirements. Similarly,  for Textile  Industry we design and install Energy Management System  in order to monitor and evaluate the performance/ efficiency of boiler and  individual machines for Steam, Gas and Water utilization.
