TITLE AND FONT USE

Choice of Titles• The reason we chose ‘It was never’ and ‘Just a

game’ is because they link directly to our narrative in which the friends summon a demon through a game they found online – saying it was ‘it was never just a game’ shows that it is dangerous and more than just fun

• The other titles are fairly obvious as they are just reviews that we made up but were inspired by other trailers that we looked at for research

Choice of Font• The reason we chose this font is because

we wanted to be as consistent as possible with our narrative and name of the film which basis is Japanese

• We searched up what would be considered typically Japanese style writing and we wanted a font that flowed nicely with our narrative and that was simple to look at, however it still fits with the horror genre

Choice of Effect• We decided to have a moving smoky

background on our titles that looked like it was flowing through the texts, which we included because we felt it linked in with our water theme

• We decided to do this because we noticed that many titles within trailers having effects similar to this so we chose to follow this convention that helped to make our titles stand out more
