A Must See Commercial Property – Titan Energy Park

Good news is coming to Bellefonte, and it comes with a vision - Titan Energy Park will put a

spark back into Centre County manufacturing.

This vast facility, which during World War II produced a fifth of all the brass rods in this

country, is on its way to bringing back industrial activity, with the jobs that will be needed to

make that happen.

The most recent sale of the property, this past February, was to Navitus LLC, an investment

group that looks at this tremendous facility and once more sees men and women coming to work

every day. This vision has caught the attention of officials in state government, who want to

work with private entrepreneurs like Navitus to bring back the manufacturing that helps to

diversify and strengthen the state.

In June the facility was toured by members of the Governor’s Action Team, including C. Allen

Walker, Secretary of the Department of Community and Economic Development. Along with

other government officials, the inspection party toured the giant warehouses, manufacturing

areas, and office space that make up Titan Energy Park. The main warehouse alone has 315,000

square feet, and a total of nearly 610,000 square feet are under roof space at Titan.

Several tenants have already been lined up to move into the refurbished facility. When the Titan

facility becomes fully operational, it will be the largest industry in Centre County, with easy

access to Penn State and the resources of State College.

Multiple areas in Titan Energy Park is available for lease, with access to the kind of support that

allows industry to really thrive, including heavy electrical service, rail service with the

possibility for both interior and exterior rail car use, overhead cranes, and an abundance of water

available daily. The Pennsylvania tradition of working hard is at work once more in Bellefonte.
