will gain experience and will be likely to make mistakes on the day of your driving
test.
If you are unsure with a particular area or manoeuvre, clear it with your instructor
before the test begins. You can also ask your family member or friend to help you

helps to maintain a balance mood and can keep away hunger during your test.
Porridge with blueberries contains antioxidants which is beneficial in relieving stress.
Bananas help in controlling hunger pangs. Dark chocolates are also good for this
purpose. If you don’t want to fill up your food before your driving test, you can
distract your nerves with a chewing gum or a mint.

Along with a good night’s sleep, healthy breakfast and lot of practice, when it comes
to stepping in the car, take time to breathe and ensure a safe environment around
you. Keep the windows open to let in some fresh air, check your seat and double
check your mirror setting whether in correct position or not. Don’t rush in everything
take your time and take full control.
4.Silence:
Your instructor might be talkative on your lessons, communicating about
manoeuvres and giving advice, but you may experience a long period of driving nerve
silence when it comes to your driving test. He might only give you navigation
instructions. You should learn to accept this and take full advantage of this so you can
focus on your driving and the road ahead.
